I’m so excited to see my upcoming workshop featured on The Isbourne Centre’s website! ✨

I can’t wait to deliver this wonderful session and share techniques that can help people who have previously struggled with meditation discover an approach that truly works for them.

Meditation isn’t one-size-fits-all, and this workshop is all about exploring different ways to find calm, presence, and relaxation in a way that feels natural and accessible. Whether you’re completely new to meditation or have found it challenging in the past, there will be something for everyone.

I’ll also be guiding a selection of deeply relaxing meditations for participants to experience and enjoy, giving everyone the opportunity to find practices they can take away and use in their daily lives.

What makes my meditations unique is that they are directly channelled from my soul and designed to be grounding, offering a new perspective on meditation by weaving it into everyday life in simple, practical ways.

As a meditation teacher who loves to learn, CPD is an important part of my journey.

Tonight I experienced the Twin Hearts Meditation for the first time, and I had such a powerful session with Demi. As I followed the energy throughout the meditation, I felt incredibly hot when the healing came in—something I have never experienced before, despite working with healing modalities for many years.

The energy was so tangible and profound, and it reminded me of the incredible impact this kind of work can have, not only on our own wellbeing but also in supporting the healing of others.

Demi is an amazing facilitator, creating a beautiful space for healing, growth, and connection. What makes these sessions even more meaningful is knowing that donations support the MCKS Charity Healing Therapy Clinic, helping to make healing accessible to those who need it most.

Meditation didn’t begin in silence — it began in attention.

Long before cushions and apps, humans practiced presence by gazing into fire. Watching the flames dance, soften, and dissolve naturally drew the mind into stillness. No effort. No technique. Just awareness.

This is one of the earliest forms of meditation — a reminder that meditation is not something we do, but something we remember.

Stillness has always lived in our relationship with nature.

And today, it doesn’t need to look any different.

My course is about bringing meditation back into the everyday — not through fancy rituals or time-consuming practices, but through simple, accessible moments woven into daily life. Learning to find presence in what you’re already doing, rather than adding more to your day.

Because meditation isn’t something separate from life — it’s something you can meet within it.

When I first started meditation, I really struggled with visualisation.

I was constantly being guided to “see” calming scenes in my mind—but I couldn’t. And honestly, it was one of the reasons I stopped at the beginning. It made me feel like I was doing it wrong.

Research suggests I wasn’t alone. Around 4% of people have little or no visual imagery (aphantasia), and even among those who can visualise, vividness varies hugely (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1053810021001690).

Over time, through yoga, dance, and other mindfulness practices, I noticed something shift. My ability to “see” did improve a little—but more importantly, I realised my strongest sense was feeling.

For me, sensation, emotion, and body awareness became the doorway into meditation, not mental pictures.

As a meditation teacher and founder of Divine Healing, I’m deeply passionate about exploring the scientific evidence behind meditation while also respecting its rich historical and spiritual roots.

I specialise in bespoke, channelled meditations, intuitively crafted for each client to support healing, clarity, and nervous system regulation.

I’m a born teacher and truly love sharing my knowledge, guiding others to reconnect with themselves through meditation, embodiment, and mindful awareness.
