We’re incredibly proud to celebrate a Good overall CQC rating, with an Outstanding rating for Caring 💜

This recognition reflects the dedication, compassion and commitment of the whole team, who work every day to provide person-centred support that promotes choice, independence, dignity and quality of life.

The CQC highlighted the team’s kindness, empathy and understanding, as well as their outstanding approach to supporting people to have choice and control over their care and pursue the things that matter to them.

A huge congratulations to everyone at The Old Vicarage, this is a wonderful achievement and one to be proud of! 👏

Today, we opened the doors to our newly opened service, Poppy Valley in Mansfield, for a special open day!

It was fantastic to welcome people into the new service, give visitors the opportunity to look around, and share more about the support and opportunities available at Poppy Valley.

Today is an opportunity to celebrate the many ways people communicate and to recognise the importance of accessible, inclusive communication!

At Consensus, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to express themselves, connect with others and be heard, in whatever way works best for them 💜

It’s National Inclusion Week, and this year’s theme, Build Trust. Navigate Change, is a reminder that inclusion starts with listening, openness and the relationships we build.

For our colleagues, it means feeling that they belong, that their perspectives are welcomed, and that they have opportunities to speak up, grow and make a difference.

🎪✨ Step right up for a fantastic Family Fun Day! ✨🎪

What an amazing day at Windsor Avenue for their circus-themed Family Fun Day! 🎪🤡

There were plenty of laughs, lots of fun and some fantastic entertainment from our brilliant staff throughout the day!

And of course, what’s a fun day without a little bit of mischief?! A huge thank you to Josh for being such a good sport and taking a face full of cream pie while he was in the stocks! 😂🥧

Most importantly, the day was all in aid of Twinkling Stars Children’s Charity, helping us raise money for a fantastic cause ⭐💛

Thank you to everyone who came along, joined in and helped make the day such a success!

🌟 Feeling the Force! 🌟

What a fantastic weekend Stephen and Owen had at the The Immortal Feel the Force Day event at Peterborough Cathedral!

The guys had a brilliant time soaking up the atmosphere, enjoying live music and meeting some of their favourite characters. They also captured some great memories with plenty of photos and, for a real highlight, even got the chance to pet a real-life snake! 🐍

It was wonderful to see Stephen and Owen enjoying a fun-filled day out, trying new experiences and making memories in the community 💜

We love seeing the people we support doing the things they enjoy, discovering new experiences and having a great time along the way!

💫 Continuing to exceed the national average with 95% of our services being rated externally good & outstanding (increasing from 92% in FY24/25)

🌻 Look at those sunflowers! 🌻

Michael is incredibly proud of the monster sunflowers he helped grow over the summer! ☀️🌱

With all the sunshine we've had, at least some of that extra sun has paid off with some fantastic growth!
It’s brilliant to see Michael enjoying the process of growing and caring for the plants and even better to see the results standing tall and proud!

A fantastic day out to Eastbourne! 🐟🍦

The team at Stanley Park Road enjoyed a wonderful day out, making the most of the seaside and spending quality time together!

Of course, no trip to the coast would be complete without classic fish & chips, followed by a delicious ice cream! 🍦😋
It was lovely to see everyone enjoying themselves, making memories, and having plenty of fun along the way!
