I’m opening the Zen Den for a Sacred Harvest Moon Goddess Glow Experience — Saturday 26th September and Sunday 27th.

A sacred night, just you and I.

We will light a candle together and set an intention of what you want to release.
What doesn't belong, what was never yours to carry, clearing the pathway for the new coming in.

Held in the soft glow of the Zen Den, we will:

Yesterday's ceremony was powerful 🐸🌿

Karol sat for his second Kambo treatment with so much courage and trust.
His intention was to detox and cleanse his body and find clarity + direction.

He did the work and I am beyond proud 🫶

Kambo is not a gentle teacher...
Its deep work and asks a lot of you.
It challenges you in so many ways.
But when you meet it with trust and commitment, it gives back in ways that can truly change your life.

Kambo isn’t about suffering. It’s about release.

It’s a sacred way to cleanse the body, clear emotional blocks, and reset our energy.

Many people come to Kambo who suffer from fatigue, inflammation in the body, anxiety or simply feel the need to cleanse their systems.

Kambo helps us to come back to ourselves, reminding us how we’re truly meant to feel.🐸 🍃
