🪷Mental Health Awareness Week 🪷
So as well as wonderful touch and talking therapies , music and movement are also a great way to support your health outside the treatment room .
I love singing and dancing. I always feel so much better afterwards . An activity such as Zumba combines great music with movement.
The hour passes so quickly and you leave feeling fabulous. My kind of exercise!
Getting fitter mentally and physically whilst having fun ! There are lots of classes available so check out your local community boards . I can recommend lovely Vicky’s brilliant classes . You’ll receive a warm welcome and have a great time . 💃🏼🪷

When the music starts, the stress starts to fade. It’s a space to release tension, boost those natural "happy hormones," and just be yourself. No judgment, no pressure—just fun and a supportive community waiting for you.
