It gave me my confidence back.
A new career.

Life is busy. Stress is exhausting. Bad days happen.

It just means your life doesn’t fit the “perfect routine” everyone online seems to talk about.

BANK HOLIDAYS are where “quick fixes” usually fall apart…

And honestly?

That’s exactly why so many people end up stuck in the same cycle for years.

Because if your weight loss plan can’t survive:
☀️ BBQs
🍦 Ice creams
🍻 Drinks with friends
🍔 Meals out
🎉 Family weekends

…then it probably isn’t teaching you how to live in the real world.

That’s one of the biggest things we focus on in my groups.
Not perfection.
Not punishment.
Not surviving on salad until weigh day.
We focus on learning how to:

“Slimming World is just a fad.” - Honestly, people say this a lot especially fitness professional— usually without understanding what we actually teach!

Core principles I teach my members:
(as a Slimming World Consultant AND a Personal Trainer - I am both!)

✔ Prioritising protein because it helps keep us fuller for longer and supports lean muscle while losing weight.
✔ Encouraging plenty of vegetables and fruit, especially those rich in vitamins, minerals and gut-healthy fibre - naturally creating a calorie deficit without tiny portions or constant hunger.
✔ Including satisfying carbohydrates like potatoes, rice, pasta and grains (especially whole grains) because people need food that is realistic, filling and sustainable long term.
✔ Encouraging healthy fats, fibre and calcium-rich foods for overall health, not just weight loss.
✔ Allowing flexibility, treats and indulgences WITHOUT GUILT because real life includes birthdays, meals out, BBQs, holidays and chocolate sometimes.
✔ Building an active lifestyle so you can not only lose weight, but increase your overall fitness as well.

That isn’t a fad!

That’s teaching people how to build balance, consistency and a healthier relationship with food from someone who has both lived experience and who is also trained in the psychology behind weight loss and behaviour change.

No extremes
No cutting out entire food groups
No punishment
No “good” or “bad” foods

Just learning how to eat in a way that supports both health AND real life.

And when the weather is gorgeous, it can sometimes feel like you either:
