My heart feels so full after the witnessing all the magic in Wonderland yesterday! Feedback from my own daughter 'BEST DAY EVER!' I loved seeing how each child responded to being totally immersed in nature, sound and the moment. Cannot wait to do this again.

EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT ✨ - KIDS MINI RETREAT HOLIDAY CLUB Mon 27th July

I’m SO excited to announce something truly special, beautiful and very close to my heart… a unique offering for kids — but with a twist. Instead of dropping your children off and waving goodbye, you get to step into the experience with them, sharing it side by side and creating unforgettable memories together that will (hopefully!) become one of the highlights of your summer.

"Through the Rabbit Hole" is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and gently return to what really matters — connection, presence, and shared wonder. Set in one of the most breathtaking corners of the world in an incredible location in Abinger Hammer this isn’t just a venue… it’s an experience in itself.

This shared journey into nature, creativity, and connection will be a little step out of the everyday and into something quietly magical 💫

Bookings are limited as the sessions are designed to be intimate. The morning session is 1:1 with just you and one child, the afternoon session is if you would like to share the experience with more than one child.

I put this image on my 2026 vision board. If anyone else is as obsessed with this movie as me, you'll know what this is...but essentially it's a Leap of Faith!! I just took one...let's see where it leads but I will NOT put this on my board and then become scared when the leap presents itself!! The outcome isn't mine to control. But the faith is.

The experience takes place in a serene, private studio, bathed in natural light, with expansive glass doors looking out into nature — inviting a sense of stillness and ease from the moment you arrive.
Expect:
🌿 A simple but powerful 7‑step guided meditation to connect with higher consciousness and receive guidance
🌿 A deeply immersive gong bath where sound becomes a bridge between mind, body, heart, and spirit — helping you attune to your own inner rhythm and a sense of unity beyond the self
