Read each picture caption for the breakdown ✅✌🏻
There were ALOT of photos I could have picked but here’s some recent ones!
All my meal plans are TAILORED TO YOU! The more info you give me during camp the more personalised your programme gets 🙌🏻
Taking the stress away whilst getting you to weight is the aim of the game 😍
Pancakes for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks 🤣😍
Different Cuisines - Homemade Thai food being a favourite
Homemade Burgers (high protein, iron, carbs and curbs cravings)
Simple pre-training snacks (if in a rush there’s no beating jam on toasted sourdough)
Oats and fruit (overnight oats made with milk and protein powder) - topped with seeds and spreads depending on our targets
BIG recovery days, topping up on quality fats that we sometimes sacrifice throughout the week to hit carb targets for training
BIG portions - homemade chips are the easiest high carb, low calorie but satiating foods we can eat during camp. And Steak is always a nice weekend treat !
Simple to make currys - dieting doesn’t have the be boring! This curry is so simple and tasty and under 500kcal
Classic staples! Heinz beans are super high fibre and a good plant based protein too!
We eat out on plans! Most things can fit! We aim for an 80/20 approach during camp to help with post fight binges. Plus if you have structure and nutrient dense meals majority of the time, there’s no issues with socialising over good food! ➡️➡️
We always aim for high volume, packing out meals with side salads like spinach and cucumber
Meals abroad (fight camp buffets) - if we are on a training camp and have a large buffet to choose from we target 4 things:
1/4 plate fibre dense carbs
1/4 plate simple carbs
1/4 plate veggies
1/2 plate protein
Breakfasts on camps we try to stay as close to “on plan” as possible too! Copying what we have at home to fuel training
Simple pre training easy to digest meals like egg fried rice!
Eggs are a staple (as long as clients can eat them) as they’re nutrient profile is 10/10
Meal prepping is a go-to. Making 3 meals at once for the week ahead
High volume, lots of colour
Meal prepped bolognese because who doesn’t like bolognese!
