Alongside our specific "Mum To Be" treatments, we have a variety of other treatment options that may also be suitable for you.

In such case, the treatments will be fully adapted accordingly and products will be changed into "pregnancy safe" products, at all times.

Just call us to talk through all options available.

It's always a lovely energy in salon when we have little growing humans relax whilst the adult human relaxes in a deep restorative snooze.

As you know, we also always welcome your little ones to accompany you - after birth.

Always on you, close to you, part of you.

We can work around you, to make you feel extra comfortable and cared for.

Many funny and fantastic conversations have been shared here with little humans, over the years as well! 🙂

Special moments, particularly seeing your newborns grow into adults over the years, sometimes even becoming clients themselves and eventually bringing their own partners along.

Sustainability of mental and physical health at heart, at all times - we want to ensure that all our lovely clients look after themselves, in best possible ways.

In recent weeks, particularly the last 2 weeks...

We have observed, more than ever, that hardly anybody is breathing out.

Holding one's breath has directly been linked to a strong "fight or flight response" - increasing tension, stress, anxiety.... and blood pressure.

For the sake of protecting yourself as well as your cardiovascular system....

PLEASE BREATHE. 🙏

We are preaching this here at Aesthetica for over 20 years... and, in fact, it is what we speak about all day.

As things are globally and nationally more chaotic than ever, it is natural for all of us humans to feel and absorb this energy.

And probably very reassuring that WE DO FEEL IT.
After all - we are human and not robots.

And this, in itself, ought to be celebrated!

We are here to make you feel the best about yourself.

To make you feel healthy, strong and balanced.

We sprinkle our fairy dust all day.... and feel so much deep joy, doing this.

And we have so many more lorries full of fairy dust ready for you to be covered in! ✨️

We just want to give you a gentle conscious reminder to help your own hardworking engines through these challenging times.

By breathing out.

Your Cortisol and Adrenaline levels will instantly drop, and you can feel and think clearer.

After all.... a calm mind (although not always effortless, of course) is a much better foundation to confront complexities.

In life terms....
Try not to go 100mph.
Maybe aim for 90mph instead.
It's still a very fast racing car.

We personally love going a 100mph too and you all know that we are also still working on taking our own advice more easily.

But it's about sustainability.

And therefore, possibly longevity.

Be patient.

Pace yourself.

Take one step at a time.

Don't get sucked in by society's constant pressure to "motivate" us all to go faster higher stronger, always "aiming to achieve better".

The stepping stones don't always have to go steeply up.

Let them be horizontal.

Focus on working more, loving your work, loving your output.

Do not let the "pressures of life" make you "do less".

Just focus on the quality of output, not the quantity.

You will be able to go on for longer.

It's more sustainable.

We all need to avoid, as much as possible, tripping over our own feet.

Keep your flame burning - don't allow this current time to dampen your spirit or take your passion.

Be passionate.

Stay focused.

Stay energised.

But please..... BREATHE OUT.

And TAKE ONE STEP AT A TIME. 👣 🙏✨️
