SUP & Soul

SUP & Soul Stand up (sit down, kneel down, lie down!) paddle coach, nature retreat facilitator & circle host.

We teach clients to paddle board in beautiful surroundings at Weir Wood Reservoir, the River Adur or along the coast in Sussex between Hove and Shoreham. Our sessions are friendly, welcoming and importantly safe both physically and spiritually. It can be intimidating trying a new sport for the first time so we specialise in making our clients feel super comfortable and relaxed from the get go. We

host Water & Wellness retreats days and other rewilding events powered by nature. Our events generally centre around nature and the feminine energy combining some element of paddle boarding, wild swimming, SUP yoga and life coaching. We welcome all women (cis and trans) as well as non-binary people who are comfortable in a space that centres the experience of women. We offer bespoke business and team related coaching and connection workshops/retreats that help nurture and support leaders and teams in bringing their purpose-driven business and projects to life. We also offer teams the opportunity to connect in the real world through paddle boarding adventure trips or paddle cleanups where they can help give back to our waterways too. We are Sussex based and can be found mostly at Weir Wood Reservoir in Forest Row, on the River Adur in Shoreham, along the coast between Hove and Shoreham or in a woods somewhere hosting fireside gatherings and storytelling experiences.

Thanks to Hayley (Crystals and Sound) Sharon () Frazer (Seaside Sauna), Rainie (Elemental Yoga UK) for co-hosting this special day with me. The last of the season for me.

We took 12 people on a magical journey enjoying sea, sound and sauna.

The invitation: to hold intention for our wellness and release to the sea whatever is in our way.

My intention: to get very very clear with what comes next.
My release: to let go of fear and nagging self doubt

We paddled along Lancing coast up to Shoreham, stopping for a floating meditation with Rainie before paddling back.

For some it was their first sea paddle in a long time. For others it was a chance to meet new people, explore new places and try new things.

We lay on the green, under the blue sky and passing by-planes to rest our tired bodies and busy minds - allowing the vibrations from Hayley to work their magic.

We played with oracle cards and water connection activities with Sharon and discovered surprising & delightful messages from the universe and ways to connect with water to calm our mind & soothe our soul.

We sweated out toxin build ups thanks to the heat from Frazer’s sauna and let the sea wash it all away.

We gathered in circle, shared a word for how we’re feeling after such a full day…

Wholesome
Happy
Nourished
Belonging

We quietly acknowledged what needed to be let go and one by one, threw it out to sea.

A day spent in community, making pace for wellness whilst raising money for to support our local youth with their own wellbeing through surf therapy & water connection.

The circle of life.

And that’s a wrap for 2026 Water & Wellness days.

In Sep, I’m heading to Norway and hosting a trip for 7 friends to enjoy exploring a new landscape by paddle board, hikes, wild swims and saunas. What a way to end the season!

A massive thank you to all my guests and clients, event co-hosts & local venues this summer. It’s been incredible hosting you all and an absolute pleasure to collaborate.

See you in 2027!

There’s something special about hearing the experience in the words of someone who was actually there 💙

Our first Water & Wellness Weekender was about so much more than paddle boarding.

It was two days of slowing down, challenging ourselves, connecting with nature and sharing a little magic with a wonderful group of women.

We paddled the River Adur, slept under canvas, moved, breathed, ate, laughed, rested and made space to simply be.

And this is what it felt like from the other side ✨

A huge thank you to our lovely guest, Rekha, for sharing her experience.

If this sounds like your kind of weekend, we’ll be doing it all again next year.

Comment YES TO ADVENTURE and I’ll DM you with more details shortly.

And that’s a wrap!

We’ve shown you day one. Now, here’s day two.

The last day of our first collaborative Water & Wellness Weekender, and it was absolutely beautiful.

Twelve women gathered to challenge ourselves, try something new and share the experience with like-minded souls.

We paddled with the tide up the River Adur from Shoreham to Upper Beeding, arriving at our overnight camp by paddleboard. Along the way: cooling dips, a riverside picnic and moments of rest.

At camp, we stretched tired bodies, re-nourished with delicious home-cooked food and bathed in sound before bed.

We woke with the sun, galloping cows and the sounds of flute and drum, before gently energising our bodies beneath the swaying branches of the willow tree.

After breakfast, we explored energy, self-belief, our inner voice and our connection to nature, before packing up and paddling home - completing a 16km round trip over 36 hours.

There was laughter, tears, sharing, hard paddling, gentle paddling, river dips, stretches, snores, releases, dreams, hugs and plenty of stories along the way.

We pushed through self-limiting beliefs - sometimes battling the wind, sometimes the current and sometimes our inner critic.

Not everyone paddled the entire journey, and that’s okay. Part of adventure is learning when to push and when to stop. There’s no failure here. We celebrate showing up, saying yes and having a go.

We experienced gentle adventure and moments of mild peril, stretched beyond our comfort zones and faced challenges with courage and kindness - towards ourselves and each other.

As hosts, we learnt something too. No matter how much we prepare, there will always be moments when we need to pivot, adapt and trust ourselves and each other.

I’m so proud of Rainie , Maria and myself for pushing through our own fears and doubts to make this first collaboration a reality.

Was it perfect? No.
Was it a resounding success? Absolutely!
Will we do it again? YES.
