🌅🐾 Early morning walks really are the best! 🐾🌅

Out enjoying a lovely early morning walk with my boy Odie, and I honestly have to pinch myself sometimes… because a year ago I wouldn’t have been saying that! 😂

Before losing another 4 stone with Slimming World, a long walk first thing in the morning would have felt like hard work rather than something I genuinely enjoy.

Now I’m fitter, healthier, have so much more energy and can happily walk miles with my gorgeous boy. 🧡🐶

It’s easy to focus on the number on the scales, but for me, this is what my weight loss is really about — having the freedom and fitness to enjoy life, make memories and keep up with Odie! 🥰

If you’re thinking “I’d love to be able to do that”, please believe me when I say you absolutely can. 💪❤️
