The joy of having a 1 yr old Cocker Spaniel is no matter the weather he always needs a good walk! So after running my Garforth Slimming World group this morning, it’s coat on, hood up & off we go!! 🌧️😁🐾
After losing the weight I have it means it’s so much easier to walk miles even in the rain ☔️🐾🤣🥰

🍋Food should make you feel good — and that’s exactly what Slimming World is all about.🍊
I love that on this journey, we don’t have to go hungry, cut out our favourites, or feel like we’re “on a diet”. We get to enjoy real, delicious, satisfying food that fuels our bodies and lifts our spirits as the pictures below show - these are all from my fabulous members in Garforth! 😍
From hearty breakfasts… to colourful, filling lunches… to comforting dinners the whole family can enjoy — there is SO much fabulous food we can eat while still losing weight beautifully.
Our plan isn’t about restriction. It’s about freedom, confidence, and discovering just how amazing healthy eating can taste.
