This week Archie was meant to be in hospital, but unfortunately his blood counts weren’t high enough, so we were told to head home and try again next week. 💙

Rather than let it get us down, we decided to make the most of having extra time together during the school holidays. We started the day with breakfast together, then went off to the cinema to watch Sheep Detectives 🐑🎬

These little moments together mean everything right now. Please keep rooting for our brave boy and hoping his counts improve enough for treatment next week. 💙✨

Keep an eye out to see everything Archie’s been getting up to over the holidays too 🫶🏼

We haven’t really had much to report, last week Archie was in for his chemo all
Went well, he had one night in a hotel to try a new way of taking chemotherapy so he can go outside of the hospital while
Having his chemotherapy in a backpack.

But he was a full week packed full of fun and they stared the week

Archie blows my mind every single day ❤️

We went on a last-minute trip to Playdale Farm yesterday and Archie was in full swing — nothing was stopping him. He was in the sand pit, on the go-karts, and even went in the indoor play area taking himself up and down on his bottom.

Nothing was stopping him. Watching him just get on with things and not let anything hold him back makes us so incredibly proud. The strength and determination he shows every day is amazing, and he truly blows us away.

The guesses are in… and Archie picked the MG in a gorgeous ruby red colour! ❤️🚗

He is absolutely over the moon with it and so excited. We honestly can’t thank Joe at MG enough. He really went above and beyond to make the whole experience extra special for Archie.

Not only did Archie get his new car, but Joe also surprised him with an MG teddy, cap, lanyard and even MG car mats too 🧸🧢

A huge thank you as well to Joe’s manager for agreeing and helping make it all happen. Little acts of kindness and thoughtfulness like this mean so much and create memories Archie will never forget ❤️

Safe to say he’s one very happy boy

Hello to Joes wife and daughter too. ❤️❤️

Big news from Archie 🚗✨

Archie has been lucky enough to get a mobility car, and what an experience it’s been! We made the most of it and turned it into some lovely family time, visiting a few different places and trying out lots of options. Archie absolutely loved every minute — jumping in and out of cars, pressing buttons, having a look around and enjoying being part of choosing something special.

Seeing his excitement and smile through it all was just lovely. ❤️

Now the big question is… can anyone guess which car Archie chose? 👀🚙

Massive thank you to Hartlepool United F.C. for gifting Archie this fantastic signed shirt. ⚽️💙

A special thank you to Neil for organising this and personally bringing it over to Archie. Your kindness and support really mean so much to us and definitely put a huge smile on Archie’s face.

These thoughtful gestures make such a difference and remind us how amazing people can be. Thank you again everyone involved 💙

This week has been one of those weeks we’d happily never repeat.

3 different hospitals, blood transfusions, antibiotics, endless waiting around, and so much confusion from different teams giving different answers. It’s been exhausting and frustrating trying to keep up with everything while just wanting the best for Archie.

What people don’t always see is how traumatic all of this can be for a child. The constant needles, tubes, medicines, alarms, tests, strangers coming in and out, being poked and prodded over and over again… it’s a lot for anyone, never mind a little boy who just wants to be home.

And while we focus so much on Archie, it’s also been incredibly hard mentally on Sammy too. Watching your son go through all of this, the constant hospital trips, changes in plans, worry, and uncertainty affects the whole family more than words can explain.

But… Archie is finally back home ❤️

Now we wait for blood results to find out whether he’s well enough for chemotherapy this week, or if treatment will need delaying again.

Thank you to everyone who’s checked in, sent messages, helped out, and kept Archie in your thoughts this week. It really does mean more than you know.

Hopefully this next week is a little kinder to our brave boys 💙

Wow… we honestly didn’t expect Archie’s little seagull moment to end up on national TV 😭🤣

We’ve had SO many messages today from people saying they spotted Archie’s video on Good Morning Britain this morning!

What started as a funny little moment has now been shared everywhere, and seeing everyone laughing along with us has genuinely made our day ❤️

For anyone who missed it… here’s the video that caused all the chaos 🫣😂

And to everyone messaging, sharing, commenting, and supporting Archie — thank you so much. It means more than you know 💙

Drop a 🐦 in the comments if you saw it on TV 👀🤣

❤️❤️ Archie update, ❤️❤️

Archie texted me last so casually last night saying

‘Guess where we are?’

After asking where he sent me this picture with a simple.

‘Just come in for a blood transfusion and some platelets’.

Like it’s purely normal, but really this is Archie’s normal, just to hospital now is just a standard weekly thing like us nipping to do our shop.

Life is so cruel. I can only hope after all this Archie can live such a fullfilled life with so much love and happiness and no Major hospital visits for the rest of his life! ❤️

How cool is this 💙

Archie absolutely loves playing Roblox, and today he showed me his character… he’s made it an amputee, just like him.

Moments like this really hit home how important inclusion is. When kids can see themselves in the things they love, it builds confidence, pride, and a sense of belonging that can’t be replaced.

Representation isn’t just a “nice extra” — it matters more than people realise. And seeing Archie embrace who he is, even in his games, makes me so proud.

The world feels a little bit better when everyone can feel seen 💫
