A few things that have been on my mind recently…

I’ve had a few conversations lately, and I’ve noticed the same thoughts, worries and little doubts keep coming up again and again. It got me thinking that if I’m hearing them this often, there’s probably a good chance some of you are feeling the exact same way too.

So I thought I’d share a few of the things that have been playing on my mind recently. Nothing too polished or profound, just some honest thoughts that I imagine will resonate with a few of you…

If you’ve ever felt like you’re falling behind because of what you see online, this is your reminder to pause🤍🫧✨

There is nothing wrong with being ambitious. There is nothing wrong with wanting more, looking at what other women are doing and thinking, “I want that too.” But inspiration and comparison are two VERY different things. You can admire someone else’s success without turning it into a deadline for your own. You can celebrate her fully booked diary while still being proud of your first few clients. You can be excited for her next big launch while you’re still figuring out your own foundations. And you can want to grow your business without feeling like you have to be “on” every minute of the day.

Your business doesn’t need to grow at someone else’s speed to be successful🦋🦋

Keep learning. Keep dreaming bigger. But remember to look at how far you’ve come too. Because the woman you are today is probably living in a reality that the woman who first started this journey once dreamed about.

Your path is absolutely yours, and there’s no need to rush it. 😌🧑🏻‍🩰🤍

They’re following because they want to get to know you, trust you and understand what makes you different…

And that can happen through a funny post they relate to, a skincare tip that teaches them something, a little glimpse into your day or a client story that makes them think, “I need to book with her.”

Think about your content in 3 simple categories:
Connect: let them see the woman behind the business.
Educate: give them a reason to save your post and come back to you.
Convert: show them why they should trust you with their skin.

Your treatment photos are amazing for showing results… but they’re only one piece of the puzzle. 🧩 So next time you look at your camera roll and think “ugh, I’ve got nothing to post” - think again😌 You probably have more content than you realise. You just need to start looking at it differently. 🤍 Save this for the next time your content camera roll is giving absolutely nothing📌📌

I’m starting to realise that growing up was never about becoming just one thing. It’s about becoming someone I’m proud of, ambitious enough to dream big, strong enough to keep going, healthy enough to enjoy the journey, and kind enough to (hopefully🥹) inspire others along the way☺️🩷⭐️ Here’s to growing, learning, dreaming, and becoming the best version of ourselves🧚🏻🌸

And most importantly, becoming a good mum, a happy human, and a woman who knows that there’s still sooooo much amazing life ahead😚🦋

If there is one thing that helps me accomplish things, it is reminding myself that ambition isn’t always about doing more…

Sometimes it’s about knowing what deserves your energy, trusting the process when the results are slow, and having the patience to keep building when nobody else can see the bigger picture yet🥹🥹☁️

You won’t get everything right. Some things will take longer than you expected. Some plans will change completely. But the small decisions you make every day, what you focus on, what you stay consistent with, and what you refuse to give up on, compound!!✨✨

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to keep moving. And remember that momentum compounds. Save this for the days you need the reminder😌💾🤍xxX
