🌿 Women's Wellbeing Group – Sunday 7th June 🌿

🎉 Our fully funded Women's Wellbeing Group is back! 🎉

Join us at the wonderful where we'll be making use of both the indoor and outdoor spaces for an afternoon of mindful crafts, gentle wellbeing activities and time to connect with other women.

We're also delighted to welcome Jane from who will be guiding us through a deeply relaxing sound bath experience. Sound baths can help calm the mind, ease tension and create space for reflection and renewal.

Never tried a sound bath before but wondered what it's all about? This is the perfect opportunity to experience one completely free of charge and discover whether it's something that works for you.

This group is primarily for mothers of children with SEND, but if you're experiencing stress, overwhelm or isolation or just crave some space for you, please get in touch – we'd love to welcome you.💚

✨ Fully funded | Places limited | Booking essential

💙 Half Term Looks Different for Every SEND Family 💙

For some families, today marks the end of half term and the return of routine tomorrow.

For others, there is still another week ahead.

Another week of disrupted routines.
Another week of trying to keep everyone regulated.
Another week of juggling appointments, sensory needs, sibling dynamics, sleep deprivation, and trying to keep everyone afloat.

While many people look forward to school holidays, for some SEND families they can bring additional challenges, exhaustion, and uncertainty.

If you’re counting down the days until routine returns, please know you’re not alone.

If you’re struggling, overwhelmed, or simply trying to get through one day at a time, we see you.

No judgement.
No pressure.
No pretending you’ve got it all together.

Just a reminder that you’re doing the best you can, and that’s enough.

To every SEND parent navigating another week without the structure and support that routine can bring — we’re with you. 💙

✨ One day at a time.
✨ One hour at a time if needed.
