People often don't know when to contact their MP for help.
So here's what I can help you with and how to get in touch:
CASEWORK ISSUES
These are personal matter which can be related to:
- Local council and area including: Tax, bins, highways, schooling, environment and childrens/adults social care.
- Social security, including: Personal Independence Payment, Universal Credit, pensions and eligibility for other reliefs.
- Local Housing, including: Repairs, association issues and evictions.
- Health Care.
- Passport, immigration or asylum cases.
WHAT I CAN DO:
Write to Government departments, councils and public or private institutions on your behalf.
Write to Government ministers to raise your problem.
Raise concerns in the House.

POLICY ISSUES
These are larger talking points which you may want to discuss, such as:
- Upcoming legislation and my voting intentions.
- National matters, including: Environment, economy, crime, scandals etc.
- International affairs, including: Israel/Palestine, Russia/Ukraine, China, the USA, trade/diplomacy etc.
- Local non-personal affairs.
WHAT I CAN DO:
- Clarify my views and voting intentions.
- Listen and take your views into account.

GETTING IN TOUCH
My office team are available 9-5 Mon-Fri

(Expected response time: 1-48 hours)
- For Policy: Email
(Expected response time: 1-8 weeks *large caseload)
Please understand that these are response times from my office team and not from external institutions once contacted. Responses are prioritised based on importance/time relevancy and can be effected by staff absence.
