I thought these looked rather pretty, so I had to share them 😍
I’ve just thinly sliced this Lion’s Mane, ready to dry before I powder it and begin the extraction process.
When you slice through it like this, you can see all those gorgeous little teeth inside the mushroom too.
This is the Lion’s Mane I grow myself here in South West Wales, and every bit of the process is done by me, from growing and harvesting it to drying, extracting and bottling.
There’s something very satisfying about knowing exactly where it’s come from and watching it go from mushroom to finished extract.
But for now… it’s off to the dehydrator 😁
