Good evening and Happy Monday!

Sometimes the smallest gestures touch the deepest parts of your heart💚

On Friday, my beautiful 15-year-old client visited me with this gorgeous teddy bear candle she had made especially for me. A thank you for supporting her and simply being there. 🧸🕯️

Knowing she had taken the time to create something with her own hands touched my heart and soul.

Last Saturday, another beautiful young lady, who I’ve known since she was five and is now 14, treated me to Nando’s for my birthday. She told me she wanted to treat me, and honestly, I felt a little uncomfortable accepting.

I’m so used to being the one who gives! But I’m slowly learning to receive gracefully, even when it feels a little uncomfortable. I’m trying🙈😂

Both moments reminded me how blessed I am to be part of these young people’s lives and to watch them grow.

It means so much to know that my presence and support have made a difference. I will always go out of my way to help a child feel seen, heard, valued and loved. Every child deserves to know that their feelings matter and that someone is willing to listen.

To the young people who allow me into their world: thank you. You touch my life, too✨

💫THIS is why I do what I do💫

Today I received these two beautiful messages from two completely separate clients, and they genuinely made me smile💚

One told me:

“You have the magic💫✨”

And another, after just ONE session, messaged:

“I can’t tell you what a difference I feel from just one session with you.”

She then asked to book another session AND recommended me to her friend. 🥹💚

For me, this is what healing work is all about.

It isn’t about rushing people in and out of the door. It’s about creating a space where you can stop, breathe, let go and simply receive.

Every session I offer is personal. I work intuitively with you and what you need in that moment, combining the healing practices I’ve trained in to create an experience that supports deep relaxation, grounding, emotional release and a greater sense of balance and wellbeing.

And when someone leaves my healing space and later tells me they can genuinely feel a difference, that means everything to me. 🙏🏽✨
