From winter jackets to shorts and T-shirts, slowly building that Vitamin D bank ☀️

This month has been a balance of work and rest, movement and stillness. The heatwave last week felt like a gift, encouraging me to slow my pace, spend more time outdoors, and fully embrace the warmth.

I've also been enjoying some beautiful new activewear from BAM, made using natural, non-toxic materials that feel as good as they look. And with the temperatures rising, making my own ice creams became a little ritual to stay cool and enjoy the season.

May, you've been a whirlwind, full of growth, sunshine, and gentle reminders to pause and soak it all in.

Here's to carrying a little more warmth with us into June

April was all about balance 🌿✨

A little fish & chips here, a little nature bathing there... because wellness isn’t about extremes, it’s about harmony.

So proud of my lovely friend on her beautiful book launch, all about healthy, nourishing recipes that truly feed both body and soul 💛

Nourish your body, move with intention, and don’t forget to enjoy the simple pleasures too.
Balance is key ✨

Gardening season is here, and a big thank you to for featuring me in this article written by the incredible Kerrie
I have taken more interest in gardening over the past few years, but it wasn't until then that I realised how strenuous it can be on your joints if you aren't mindful
I have shared some of my favourite gardening tips on here...click the link in bio for the full article

And then she crashed.

Every. Single. Year.

I start strong routines, boundaries, and balance. I tell myself this time will be different.

And for a while, it is.

Until life speeds up. The days get brighter. I feel good… so I do more. Say yes more. Stretch myself thinner.
And just like that...burnout.

But not this time because burnout isn’t something to be proud of. It’s your body waving a red flag.

So I’ve been figuring out how to stop it before it starts… and here’s what I’ve learned:

🤍 Boundaries are non-negotiable
Saying yes to everything is just saying no to your energy, your health, and your time.

🤍 Rest needs to be scheduled, not earned
If you wait until everything is done, you’ll never stop

🤍 You can’t pour from an empty cup
Pushing through doesn’t make you stronger, it just delays the crash

🤍Not everything is urgent
Just because you can do more, doesn’t mean you should.

🤍 Pay attention to the early signs
The irritability, the tiredness, the overwhelm… that’s your cue to slow down, not speed up.

🤍 Balance isn’t a one-time decision
It’s something you choose, again and again, especially when life gets busy.

I’m not aiming for perfection this year, just awareness, consistency, and doing things differently.

Because burnout isn’t something I want to “bounce back” from anymore… it’s something I want to prevent. These pics reflect a little of what I have done to slow down from checking in to to nourishing food and nature

What’s one thing you’re doing to protect your energy right now? 🤍

March so far…
This weekend has been a real highlight celebrating Michelle’s surprise birthday, surrounded by the most incredible humans and so much love
Moments like that really stay with you.

It’s been a full month in the best way. We hosted our first Journey to Wellbeing event, exploring bone and skin health through menopause, such an important and empowering conversation

I also took time to deepen my practice with a brilliant weekend course, and clinic life has been as busy and fulfilling as ever.

Feeling very grateful for it all 🤍

A big thank you to for featuring my insights as an osteopath on Ben Shephard’s lower back pain

Disc issues in the lumbar spine and spondylolisthesis can be incredibly challenging, but with the right assessment and treatment approach, there are effective ways to support recovery and long-term spinal health.

Grateful to share osteopathic guidance on such an important topic
