Tonight at 9pm I’ll be going LIVE on Facebook for my weekly Reiki Share. 🙏✨

Comment below to add yours or others name to the Reiki box. Simply make yourself comfortable at 9pm, take a few quiet moments and be open to receiving Reiki. If you can't make the LIVE, and your name is in the box, don't worry, you'll still recieve the reiki. 💜
During the LIVE I'll be sending reiki to anyone tuning in who hasn't added their names & also into the future, so anyone who tunes into the video after the LIVE has finished will still benefit from the reiki sent. 🙏

My dear friend Sally, passed away yesterday after a long battle with cancer. 💔 I will be taking time to grieve with lots of self care. 🙏💜💚

💜 Grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and it doesn’t ask for permission. 💜

Crystal Reiki can be a soft, supportive practice for those moving through loss.

✨ It may help calm the nervous system
✨ Encourage emotional release without forcing it
✨ Support the heart during times of deep sadness
✨ Create moments of peace when everything feels heavy

Crystal Reiki isn’t about “fixing” grief—it’s about holding space for it with compassion, grounding, and care. If you’re grieving, you don’t have to carry it alone. 💜🙏
