I was so pleased to have been able to offer a guided sound bath at retreat day last Saturday.
Truly incredible surroundings and a wonderful day of yoga, meditation practices, nourishing food and the most amazing company.
In one day I saw horses, wild rabbits, squirrels, a red kite, a buzzard, a kestrel, a wonderful array of birds and most surprisingly a tiny shrew. A beautiful day with wonderful people and nature 🍃

In my sound baths I often like to take the attendees to the sea.

I ask them to release their worries and tensions to the waves, in a hope they might leave a little lighter.

I imagine how many people have stood on the waters’ edge reflecting, wishing, grieving or just taking a mindful pause as each wave laps the shore.

I have been told in the past that the ocean amplifies psychic abilities and energies.

Do you enjoy spending time next to the sea/ water or do you prefer your feet to be firmly placed on the ground in nature?

Aiming for balance, I feel that every element has its place but always feel a pull to the sea and try not to leave it too long between visits either spiritually or physically

Remote reiki will be offered at a pre arranged time that suits both parties. No teams or zoom links will be used.
The participant can either continue with their day or chose to lie/sit in relaxation at the same time the reiki is sent.

Here I am proudly rocking my moldavite.

I was so apprehensive about buying it initially but it only removes things that are meant to leave. If you are truthful with yourself you could name them without the help of a tektite.

I did misplace it for a few weeks….but it’s back now. Love the intrigue with this rock!

What’s perhaps most important is knowing if you want to continue to walk it or to take another road.
I’ve made a decision to venture on a new journey and I have no idea where I am going.
