Getting out into nature has been known to reset the nervous system. Every hill that we overcome, teaches us we can keep going, even if it means slowing the pace or taking a pause. Great for getting some head space in such a busy world

Not everyone will understand the decisions you make in life but it’s okay.
People pleasing gets us nowhere in the long run; just feeling somewhat frustrated.
This post is for anyone that has a dream or something they wish to pursue but just doesn’t feel able to. I’m not advocating creating chaos but often our true wishes and passions stem from childhood before life tells us how we are expected to live.
Maybe start off small like me with a wee solo trip. Not everyone understands the desire to take a trip alone but what’s not to like. Nature- check; fresh air- check; new surroundings to explore-check! #555 #444
