✨ MEET THE TEAM — NICOLA ✨
Level 4 Sports & Holistic Therapist | Qualified Teacher

Combining her love of anatomy, movement and wellbeing, Nicola takes both a physical and holistic approach to helping people feel better in their bodies.

With years of hands-on experience, she works intuitively with each client — whether that’s relieving muscular tension, supporting recovery and mobility, or simply giving someone the space to slow down, switch off and reset.

Alongside her work in the treatment room, Nicola is also a qualified teacher, sharing her knowledge and experience with the next generation of therapists.

So what’s Nicola like when she’s not treating or teaching? 👀

❤️ Something I love:
The gym!! I love feeling and getting stronger 💪🏾 There’s no better feeling for me! The gym is my happy place, mentally and physically.

🙅🏽‍♀️ Something I can’t stand:
When people chat to each other on the gym machines like it’s a podcast 🙄😅

🥤 My ultimate treat:
A Snickers milkshake and a chicken kebab — heaven! 😋

🌊 My perfect day off:
Going for a walk by the water. My favourite places are the Albert Dock and Crosby Beach. Chill, eat some good food and maybe have a spritz cocktail 😋

👑 Something people might not know about me:
I won Miss Pontins… and a free holiday back there! 😅🤣

💆🏽‍♀️ What I love most about what I do:
Making people feel better. Not just physically, but helping them relax their nervous system, feel at ease and feel completely unjudged. I love bringing laughter into the treatment room too — life’s too short not to have some peace and laughter in it. 😘✨️

✨️ Meet the Team – Natalie ✨️
Natalie Enderby | Colon Hydrotherapist

Next up in our Meet the Team series is our lovely Natalie! 👋🏼

Natalie is a qualified RICTAT Colon Hydrotherapist with a particular interest in the powerful connection between gut health and mental wellbeing.

After experiencing the benefits of colonic hydrotherapy herself, Natalie was inspired to train so she could support others on their own health journey. She is also qualified in Abdominal Massage and Hypnotherapy, bringing a rounded and supportive approach to her work.

❤️ Something I love:
My family. My three boys are my greatest achievement and I’m incredibly proud that they’re mine!

🙈 Something I cannot stand:
Cleaning cat litter trays! I have FIVE indoor cats — four Sphynx cats and my 18-year-old black cat, Pink. Add my ridiculously keen sense of smell and honestly… cleaning litter trays is practically a full-time job. 🤣💩

💧 My go-to drink:
Water! My life changed at 42 when I discovered the best drink in the world. 😂 I religiously drink 2–3 litres a day and I’ve never felt better. I don’t drink alcohol anymore either — my body is a temple! ❤️

☀️ My perfect day off:
Spending time with my family, especially on a family holiday. Time is precious and making memories is even more important.

👀 Something you probably don't know about me:
I LOVE quizzes! So much so that I once appeared on ITV's Cash Trapped with Bradley Walsh! I lasted two episodes and unfortunately didn't win, but I had loads of fun and hopefully showed my boys that you can do anything if you put your mind to it.

🤗 My favourite thing about my job:
Sharing my knowledge and making clients laugh. It’s so common for people to arrive feeling nervous or anxious, but seeing them leave with a smile on their face and excited to come back is one of my favourite parts of what I do.

And that pretty much sums Natalie up — family at the heart of everything, passionate about helping people feel better, always ready with plenty of knowledge and a laugh… and apparently spending the rest of her waking hours cleaning up after five cats. 🤣💩❤️

🌟 SHARON — Founder & Naturopath

Sharon has been a Naturopathic Health Practitioner since 2003, specialising in Colonic Irrigation, Naturopathic Nutritional Healing and Structural Integration. She's also a qualified teacher and runs our accredited training centre, helping both clients and students achieve the best possible outcomes.

But enough of the professional stuff… let's get to know Sharon! 😁

❤️ Things I love:
Far too many things to mention! 😂 I love learning and I'm always doing another course — I'm a bit of a sponge. I also love nature, the great outdoors and getting creative with marketing.

🙅🏽‍♀️ Absolutely cannot stand:
Burger van smells. They make me heave! 🤢😂

🍹 My go-to drink/treat:
Piña Colada… I feel a song coming on! 🎶😂

🌿 My perfect day off:
Doing absolutely nothing — which is very rare, so it's a true indulgence when I do! A lazy morning in bed reading, chatting over brunch, followed by a walk in nature.

😂 Something clients might not know about me:
I sleep in an eye mask AND mouth tape. I'd scare the s**t out of anyone if I answered the door without checking first! 🤣

❤️ My favourite thing about what I do:
Making a difference to people's wellbeing. It makes my heart sing, simple as that. If I've helped change someone's life, then it's made my life worth living. 💯

🚨 HASSELL STREET CAR PARK UNDER THREAT 🚨
Many of you know how difficult it already is to park near Hassell Street.
Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council is proposing to build housing on part of the public car park, reducing parking from around 38 spaces to approximately 25.
This car park supports more than 10 local businesses, including healthcare providers. Patients, customers and staff already struggle to find a space.
Even more concerning, the proposed new housing will create additional parking demand, putting even greater pressure on the remaining spaces.
This isn't about opposing housing.
It's about protecting local businesses, patient access and the future of our town centre.
Over 2,000 people opposed previous proposals.
Please take five minutes to send your comments to the Council before 21 August.
Every individual response counts.
