July went by so quickly, it was over before I knew it. Spent lots of time in the treatment room, introducing the Reiki Drum which everyone loved. As always a huge thank you to those that have helped me along this journey with their wisdom, experience, expertise and support. I went to the ‘Founders and Creators’ club at The Wellness Tribe | Studio last week. What a lovely little evening connecting with like minded women, discussing all things business related. Such a warm and supportive environment, just women being there for each other and helping each other, offering advice and experience. Can’t wait for the next ones.

Why do I love the Reiki drum so much?

It brings a whole different energy and dynamic to a Reiki healing session, it is so powerful you feel it deep within your core. It acts like a laser beam, to the source in your body holding onto negative emotions. The sound influences your heart beat and your brain waves, moving them into a deep relaxed state and together with the power of Reiki from me and the drum, it begins to sing in vibration. IYKYK!

It connects you to your energy and can be used in so many different ways, as part of a traditional Reiki session, NLP, chakra balancing, journeying and meditations and sound healing. If you are interested in working with the drum, contact me and we can arrange a personalised session.

Working with Hannah has been brilliant! 🤩

How has it been a month since I last posted?! Must get better and managing my own socials 😹👻

I've been working on lots of exciting projects with clients recently, and some of my favourite work has been with , who's opted for my 1-1 training sessions. We recently spent a session focussing on content creation, really capturing her space and essence and getting her editing to not just be consistent, but also reflect her brand and services. I may be biased but I LOVE how these have turned out!

Loved tonight’s session with learning all about reading charms and the mat. The energy was insane.

Sometimes you need to carve out an hour for yourself. For rest, for relaxation and occasionally to recharge your body and mind after a stressful or busy few weeks.
Running on empty aggrevates your nervous system and the difference an hour of self care, a chat and a listening ear can make can’t be underestimated.

What another amazing month. I feel so lucky that everything is aligning. I’ve had some wonderful clients in May, and learnt that if you are willing to show up and do the work, then you get repaid a thousand times over. A big thank you to for the tech and socials guidance, for her amazing wisdom and teaching, for the lessons, classes and obviously the best products, for her teachings, courses, skills and generosity for cheerleading when needed
