A cheaper gym membership gives you access.

That can be all you need if you already know what you are doing, train consistently and follow a proper plan.

But access and results are not the same thing.

For a lot of people, training alone turns into random sessions, missed weeks, no real progression and a feeling that they are putting effort in without getting much back.

That is why Small Group PT costs more than a normal gym membership.

You are not just paying to use the equipment.

You are paying for coaching, structure, support, accountability and a programme that is progressed properly over time.

You train hard. But are you actually recovering properly?

From Thursday 11th June at 7pm, Marie Dipple from Elemental Yoga will be joining us at RSG Fitness Club to run a new Recovery & Mobility class.

This is not about already being flexible or being “good at yoga”.

It’s for people who lift, run, play sport, feel stiff from work, or simply know their body could do with a bit more attention.

The sessions will focus on:

- mobility and controlled movement
- reducing stiffness and tightness
- breathing and recovery
- improving movement quality
- helping your body feel better between training sessions

You do not need any previous yoga experience, and everything can be adapted to suit your level.

The class is open to RSG members and non-members.

Starts: Thursday 11th June
Time: 7pm
6-week block: £50
Drop-in: £9, subject to availability
Spaces: 8 max per class

If all 8 spaces are taken by full-block bookings, there will be no drop-in spaces available.

A lot of people think they just need to be more motivated.
Most of the time, they need a better environment.

Somewhere they actually feel comfortable turning up.
Somewhere they don’t feel judged.
Somewhere they’re coached properly.
Somewhere training becomes part of their week instead of something they keep restarting.

That’s what I’m trying to build at RSG.
It’s not about smashing people into the floor every session.
It’s about helping normal people train properly, get stronger, improve their fitness, and actually stick at it long enough to see changes.

Recovery & Mobility is coming to RSG Fitness Club.

From Thursday 11th June at 7pm, we’ll have Marie Dipple from coming in to run a 6-week recovery and mobility block.

This is for anyone who trains, feels stiff, wants to move better, or knows they probably need to spend a bit more time looking after their body.

It’s not about being flexible already.
It’s not about being good at yoga.
It’s not about doing anything complicated.

It’s about helping your body recover better, move better, and feel better.

The sessions will include mobility, stretching, breathing, controlled movement, recovery work and restorative-style training to support everything else you do — whether that’s strength training, running, sport, work, or just general life.

This is open to RSG members and non-members, so you don’t need to be part of the gym to book on.

Starts: Thursday 11th June
Time: 7pm
Length: 6-week block
Cost: £50 for the full block
Drop-in: £9 per session if spaces are available
Spaces: 8 max per class

For anyone new here, I’m Rich! the face behind RSG Fitness Club.

A lot of you know me already. Some of you have trained with me for years through RSG Fitness Studio, some of you have become friends, and some of you have only recently found us through the club.

It all started as a personal training studio because I wanted to create somewhere people could train properly without feeling judged, lost, or like they had to already be fit before they walked through the door. And it was private!

But over time, I realised something.

A lot of people need more than a 1-1 session.

They need structure.
They need accountability.
They need a good group around them.
They need somewhere they can walk in, know the session is ready, get coached properly, and actually enjoy turning up.

That’s why I opened RSG Fitness Club.

A small group personal training facility in Pershore built around coached sessions, progressive training, community, and helping normal people get stronger, fitter, healthier, and more consistent.

This isn’t a gym where you’re left to wander around wondering what to do.

You book in.
You turn up.
You get coached.
You train with good people.
You track your progress.
And you build from week to week.

Whether you’re a complete beginner, getting back into fitness after years away, or someone who just needs proper structure again, you’ll be coached at the level you’re at.
