If “just try harder” worked, fat loss would be easy.
But most people don’t fail because they’re lazy or because they don’t want it enough.
They usually need more structure.
A clear goal.
Something realistic to aim for.
A way to track it.
Feedback when things aren’t working.
And a bit of accountability along the way.
That’s why things like setting step targets, planning your training days, tracking your food for a period and having someone check in with you can work so well.
It takes “I need to be better” and turns it into something you can actually do.
And the other big thing?
Don’t build a fat-loss plan you can’t wait to finish.
Because keeping the weight off is usually the harder bit.
Build habits you can still see yourself doing when the diet is over.
That’s where the real result is.
