For anyone new here, I’m Rich! the face behind RSG Fitness Club.
A lot of you know me already. Some of you have trained with me for years through RSG Fitness Studio, some of you have become friends, and some of you have only recently found us through the club.
It all started as a personal training studio because I wanted to create somewhere people could train properly without feeling judged, lost, or like they had to already be fit before they walked through the door. And it was private!
But over time, I realised something.
A lot of people need more than a 1-1 session.
They need structure.
They need accountability.
They need a good group around them.
They need somewhere they can walk in, know the session is ready, get coached properly, and actually enjoy turning up.
That’s why I opened RSG Fitness Club.
A small group personal training facility in Pershore built around coached sessions, progressive training, community, and helping normal people get stronger, fitter, healthier, and more consistent.
This isn’t a gym where you’re left to wander around wondering what to do.
You book in.
You turn up.
You get coached.
You train with good people.
You track your progress.
And you build from week to week.
Whether you’re a complete beginner, getting back into fitness after years away, or someone who just needs proper structure again, you’ll be coached at the level you’re at.
