Meet the Team!

Hi! I’m Megan, a Physiotherapist at Perth Physio Clinic. Since graduating in 2025 with an MSc in Physiotherapy, I’ve gained experience across the NHS, private practice and professional sports settings, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. I’m passionate about helping people recover from injury, manage pain and, most importantly, get back to doing the things they love.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll usually find me at the gym, out for a walk, planning my next holiday abroad, or spending time with family and friends.

I work between our Pitlochry and Perth clinics - looking forward to meeting you!

It's not all about the mat!

In addition to our small group Pilates matwork classes, the lovely Melissa takes a number of circuit-style classes using the studio equipment.

The Pilates Reformer, Split Pedal Chair and Arc Barrel, along with other pieces of small equipment and weights help push you a little bit more, building strength whilst always maintaining the Pilates principles.

There are also options for the Bone Health Studio Circuit - you can still work hard, even with the recommended precautions for osteoporosis and osteopenia!

Our small group sessions are led by highly trained instructors, making sure you are working to the best of your ability in a safe environment.

- Pilates Foundations - ideal for beginners, or if you are returning to practice after an injury
- Pilates Move - a mix of control, flexibility and strength, at a pace that suits you
- Pilates Mix - providing options for all levels
- Pilates for Bone Health - modified for people with osteoporosis or osteopenia
- Pilates Chair - using a chair for seated and standing exercises, so you don't have to get up and down from the floor!

Hi, I’m Gillian Hay. I graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2025 with a Doctorate in Physiotherapy and have been working in the musculoskeletal field ever since. I work across our Perth and Blairgowrie clinics. I’m passionate about improving patient care by providing holistic, evidence-based treatment tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, training for Hyrox events and travelling.

Pink Ribbon Pilates

We are delighted to announce our first Pink Ribbon Pilates course!

Pink Ribbon Pilates is specially designed to support recovery from breast cancer surgery and treatment:

- regain strength and mobility in your affected shoulder and arm
- promote lymphatic drainage
- improve functional ability and quality of life
- enhance and restore energy levels
- assist in restoring posture
- decrease stress and anxiety
