Morning mooch and breakfast alfresco!

Thanks to The Beach Hut for helping me stay on plan. They checked the bread they used for me…it’s the Morrisons soya and Linseed at 6 swips a slice it fits into our food optimising plan beautifully.

If you’re eating out, don’t be afraid to ask them to cook things differently or check things….more often than not they will 🙌🥰

Time to get serious. Got a special birthday do coming up on July 🥰

Our next Man of the Year nominees are husband team Ollie and James

Ollie comes to the 7am session and James the 8.30am session.

Together they’ve lost over 5.5stones 🙌🙌

James has been a target member for five years and both are superstar consultants themselves 💙

James told us how easy our food optimising plan is to follow…and loves the support he gets from group keep him on track. He said “For me it's a lifestyle I don't want to go back to the way I felt before joining Slimming World”

Our next Man Of The Year nominee is Michael and attends our 10am session. In three weigh ins Michael has lost over a stone and is well on the way to his next award.

Michael told us he is loving the freedom our Food Optimising plan gives him. He’s never hungry and has completely changed his mindset with the help of group.

Joe has been a target member since November after losing almost 5 stones. Joe is managing life at target beautifully…. he still loves his holidays and enjoys a few beers too 🙌💙
