I truly believe that not every connection is accidental.

Sometimes I receive messages like this and honestly… I have to sit with them for a minute. 🥹✨

I am so incredibly grateful to be trusted to hold space for somebody through such a deeply personal part of their journey.

But there’s something I really want to say…

I didn’t do this for her. SHE did.

She chose herself.
She chose to show up.
She chose to face what was keeping her stuck.
She chose to release what she was ready to leave behind.
And she chose to step forward into a different version of her life.

I simply held the space, supported the process and helped her reconnect with what was already within her. 🤍

Because healing isn’t about somebody else coming along and “fixing” you.

It’s about reaching that moment where you decide…

I choose me.

And sometimes, that one decision is where everything begins to change.
