We would like to wish a massive “Good Luck” to our 9 home athletes and 6 university members competing at the Commonwealth Trials in London next week. Qualifying for this level of senior competition is a prestigious achievement in itself!

Brian, Emma & Graham are running runthroughuk Wolverhampton 10k 🏃‍♂️

Matt has another weekend of swimming events with Stockport Metro Swimming Club and Clare is being cheer squad for the runners and trying to get another long training walk under her belt in preparation for The Lap of Windermere in September!
