Over the last 16 years, Iâve lost count of how many women have told me theyâve previously been coached with phrases likeâŚ
âPush through the pain.ââ¨âYou just need more motivation.ââ¨âBe more consistent.ââ¨âWork harder.â
Iâd rather ask:
âHow does that feel?ââ¨âWhatâs realistic for your life right now?ââ¨âHow are you recovering?ââ¨âWhat support do you need from me?â
Because good coaching isnât about making people feel bad for struggling.
Itâs about helping them build strength in a way that actually works for their body, lifestyle and season of life đ
The shift isnât softer.â¨Itâs smarter.
