After more than 5 years away from martial arts, boxing and combat sports… it felt VERY good to be back punching Andy again. 🥊😂

Years ago, Andy once said there had only ever been two people who genuinely scared him in a fight or dojo… and apparently I was one of them.
Well, after tonight’s session, he still couldn’t believe that after all this time, I can still hit like a truck. 😅

Combat sports were never just about fighting though. They teach discipline, respect, resilience and how to stay calm under pressure. They build confidence, humility and a quiet kind of strength that carries over into everyday life.

There’s something incredibly empowering about it all — the focus, the movement, the energy, the controlled chaos.

No matter how long you step away for, it never really leaves you. The body remembers. The spirit does too. 🔥🥊

Today was something truly special ✨🐴

We had the most wonderful experience spending time with some beautiful horses and introducing them to the soothing sounds of our soundbath instruments. Watching their reactions was nothing short of magical. They were completely drawn to the vibrations and sounds, responding with such calmness, curiosity, and trust.

One horse in particular, who had been struggling and quite troubled, completely melted into Andy’s gentle energy. As Andy quietly spoke to him, this beautiful soul slowly relaxed and allowed Andy to stroke him — a moment that genuinely touched our hearts.

For Steph, it felt like stepping straight back into a childhood filled with farms, horses, muddy boots, and a deep love for these incredible animals. Absolute 7th heaven 🖤 She soaked up every second, giving these gorgeous creatures as much love and affection as possible.

Days like today remind us just how powerful connection, energy, sound, and kindness can truly be ✨

“I’ve been looking forward to this all week,” were the words from a new client who had been struggling to use his arm for weeks.

As an electrician, full movement and mobility are essential for both work and everyday life, so the pain and restriction had really been impacting him.

After his treatment session, full movement was restored. He could bend, twist, lift his arm, and comfortably place it behind his back again.
Safe to say he left a very happy chappy! 🙌⚡️

Cerebellar Ataxia, trigger finger, arthritis & chronic muscle tension.

This lovely client arrived with no movement or feeling in her index finger.

As the final acupuncture needle was carefully inserted, she suddenly started feeling tingling sensations in the finger — and moments later was able to move it up and down voluntarily.
She was absolutely over the moon!

We still have a little way to go, as the finger is not yet bending fully, but this was an amazing step forward and a huge win in today’s treatment.
