My name is Wendy and I am an experienced Reflexologist and Complementary Therapist based in Caerphilly, South Wales, and a firm believer in taking an holistic approach to healing. Through my practice, I offer a range of alternate holistic treatments for women, men and children that are aimed at reducing stress, tension and anxiety to help align and promote well-being in order to keep the mind, bod

y and spirit healthy. I started on my holistic journey in July 2019, when I decided I needed to do something for myself which I knew I would truly enjoy, and which would enable me to help others. So in July 2019 I enrolled on a VTCT Level 3 Reflexology course at Coleg y Cymoedd, Nantgarw, and currently studying Aromatherapy and Massage at Coleg Gwent, Crosskeys.

Shop ✨

As many of you know, I run both my therapy business and the gift shop on my own, alongside my client appointments. Because of this, the shop isn’t open on Mondays or Tuesdays, and opening times during the rest of the week can vary depending on my treatment diary.

The shop is usually accessible in between clients, so if you would like to pop in and have a browse, it’s always best to message me first and I can let you know when I’m available 😊
