And this is only his second review! 👏
Since starting his plan, Chris has achieved:
✅ 1.5 stone lost
✅ 31cm gone
✅ 2.4% reduction in body fat
✅ 2.5 levels of visceral fat reduced

What makes these results even more impressive is that there have been no extreme diets or quick fixes.
Chris has simply been more mindful of the foods he’s eating, followed his plan consistently, and fuelled his body by eating 5 times a day.
