Morning all,

I’ve just taken delivery of a few items I ordered for our Autumn Equinox Sound Bath which is only a couple of weeks away 🍁 🍂

Join me for a soul nourishing, spellbinding Halloween sound meditation journey 🎃 🧙‍♀️ ✨ 🧘‍♀️

Halloween is when the spiritual veil is thin. It’s a powerful time for deep release, letting go of old habits, worries and fears and setting intentions as we bring in the witches new year 🎃 🧙‍♀️ ✨

I will make magical pumpkin spiced tea in my cauldron, to offer before we begin. We will honour our ancestors whilst sipping the warm comforting potion and take a moment to reflect on what we would like to release and leave behind. I will play a mixture of high solfeggio frequencies to open your spiritual mind as you set intentions, followed by deep grounding earth frequencies to keep you rooted to Mother Earth 🕉️🔯 🧘‍♀️

You will then be slowly awakened to welcome in the dark half of the year and given grounding, nourishing snacks before I send you on your way.

📣 OCTOBER SOUND BATH at Bembridge Fort (Culver Down)

📆 Sunday 11th October - 3:30pm - 4:30pm (£20 pp)

Join me on this autumnal Sunday afternoon as I take you on a calming & restorative Sound Meditation Journey, using crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, chimes & other percussion instruments. We will embrace the new moon energy to release any old tensions & allow the sound frequencies to flow and reset our nervous system. At the end of the session I will offer loose leaf hibiscus tea which is rich in antioxidants properties, further supporting the body to detoxify and replenish. 🍂 🧘‍♀️ 🌙 🌺 🫖 🙏

Thank you SO SO much to all the beautiful people who joined me this evening for another very special Sound Bath Experience at Bembridge Fort. You were all just so lovely and each one of you truly warmed my heart ❤️‍🔥 🙏.

Those of you I haven’t seen for a year who returned to join me this evening, it was SO lovely to see you again and to be able to give you all a big hug 🤗 . And those of you who I met for the first time this evening, you were all such genuinely beautiful people and I feel blessed to have met you and to have been able to share this experience with you. As much as the sounds are medicine for each of you, sharing the experience with you all is also medicine for my own soul.

I hope you all have a restful sleep this evening. Make sure you drink lots of water and please feel free to message me any time with any questions or to share anything you’ve experienced during or following the sound bath. 🧘‍♀️🕉️💗
