NEW VENUE - Bembridge Fort (Culver Down)

I am so VERY excited to share the news that I have secured this very special space at Bembridge Fort on Culver Down to launch my return as a Sound Journey Facilitator.

WHY is it so special? - SO MANY REASONS 🤩
🔸 Bembridge Fort is an historical building dating back to 1862, and was initially built as part of the Victorian Coastal Defence Network, to help protect the Royal Navy base in Portsmouth during tension with France. Today the Fort is very much an historical landmark.
🔸 In addition to its history, Culver Down boasts some of the most spectacular views across the Island and over the Solent.
🔸 THE MOST EXCITING thing for me, is that old folklore suggests Culver Down is the British Southern anchor point for the Earth’s energy Ley Lines, with the energetic grid running right through the Fort. This makes it an incredibly special place to hold a Sound Bath. The potential for the combined currents from Mother Earth’s Ley Line energy, along with the vibrations from the sound frequencies, to enhance the healing, clearing and releasing experience, is a very exciting prospect . You will need to be there to find out what magical journey awaits your individual needs.
🔸 The space within the Fort is like an atmospheric cave, with its high arched ceilings making it perfect for the sound to travel, set deep within the Fort and protected from outside noise and disturbances. It really is an absolute treat.

As this is such a unique venue with the potential for an enhanced healing journey, the cost is slightly more than other venues. This is purely to cover the cost of venue hire. I feel that the magical experience will be worth the slightly increased cost. 🙏

Greetings all 👋

As you probably noticed, I’ve been off the radar for a whole year whilst recovering from a frozen shoulder. I was very sad to desert you all and I have really missed seeing the regular faces and sharing the wonderful sounds with you all.

The good news is that my shoulder has recovered (PHEW) and I’m planning to slowly return to offering the occasional sound bath 🙏

Things will look slightly different upon my return. I would like to avoid the pressure of offering regular sessions in the same location, as I feel it would be more beneficial all round to offer ad hoc sessions in various locations. I would also like to offer a few beach sessions over the summer months. In addition to this I would like to focus on private and 1:1 sessions, along with eventually building a small client base for Reflexology and Reiki 🎶 👣 🙌 🙏

This is all part of the bigger picture and for now I will ease my way in with the occasional sound bath. A year ago, along with the frozen shoulder, everything became a little overwhelming for me. Surprisingly this is a very competitive industry and I felt the one up manship in the local community became very out of control. I’m not a competitive person, I like to keep things in my own lane and at my own pace. For this reason, moving forwards I will be keeping it simple. It will just be me with my bowls and a few percussion instruments. No bells and whistles or selling gimmicks, as I feel the simple instruments are the only magic required. My social media posts and my professional offerings will be authentically me.

I very much hope to see some old faces returning and new ones joining. I have a few things to put in place for the planning of my first sound bath but please look out for dates and venues.
