Your inner world matters.

When was the last time you made space for YOU?

We spend so much time caring for others, building our careers and trying to keep everything together.

But how much time do we spend understanding ourselves?

Sometimes, we carry old expectations into new relationships.

We mistake people-pleasing for kindness, self-sacrifice for love, and constant worry for responsibility.

And somewhere along the way, we forget that our needs matter, too.

But what if you gave yourself permission to pause?

To understand the beliefs that shape your choices.

To reconnect with what truly matters to you.

To make room for joy, connection and a different way of living.

You don't have to keep putting yourself last.

This is what The FoundHER Circle is about.

A space to listen to yourself, explore what matters, connect with other women and give yourself permission to consider what comes next.

You spend so much time showing up for everyone else. Perhaps it's time to make space for yourself, too.

✨ Listen. Heal. Connect.

Come and be part of The FoundHER Circle.

If you've been feeling that it's time to do something for yourself, we'd love to welcome you.

Sometimes, the biggest win is finally giving yourself permission to choose YOU.

This week, I want to share a powerful reminder of what personal transformation can look like.

A professional client has reached a place where she can see her relationship with her mother differently.

By revisiting the past and understanding it in context, she has begun to recognise something important:

She was not responsible for her mother’s thoughts, words or behaviour.

As a child, she had little choice but to do as she was told.

But she is beginning to understand that the rules she had to live by then do not have to define how she lives today.

And perhaps one of the most powerful realisations is this: Being a good woman does not mean silently carrying hurt.

You can be kind without accepting behaviour that hurts you.

You can be generous without abandoning yourself.

You can love someone without taking responsibility for their choices.

And when you have heard enough, you can leave the room.

You can protect your peace.

You can put yourself first.

You can choose not to carry the hurt any longer.

That doesn't make you a bad daughter, a bad woman or a selfish person.

It means you are learning that you matter, too.

This is the kind of shift that reminds me why this work matters.

Not because the past disappears, but because it no longer has to dictate how you live in the present.

Sometimes, the biggest breakthrough isn't changing someone else.

It's realising you have permission to change your relationship with what you've been carrying.

Friday's reminder: You can be a good woman and still have boundaries.

You can love others and still choose yourself.

You are enough.

What's one boundary you've learned to give yourself permission to set?

You show up for everyone.

But when was the last time you showed up for YOU? ❤️

You remember the deadlines.

You answer the messages.

You take care of the people who depend on you.

You keep going, even on the days when you feel like you have nothing left to give.

And somewhere in the middle of being everything to everyone, you can lose sight of yourself.

What do you need?

What have you been putting off?

When did you last give yourself permission to pause, breathe and think about the woman behind all those responsibilities?

If these questions hit a little close to home, here's your reminder: You deserve to be seen, too.

That's why I want to invite you to Operation YOU: Everyone Needs You.

But Who Sees You?

This is an opportunity to turn some of that attention back towards yourself, reflect on where you are, and make space for the person you can so easily put last: YOU.

You don't have to wait until you're exhausted to give yourself permission to matter.

You don't have to earn the right to invest in yourself. And you don't have to keep putting yourself at the bottom of your own list.

Everyone needs you.

But who sees you?

You show up for your family.

You show up at work.

You show up for the people who depend on you.

You keep things moving, offer support, solve problems and make sure everyone else is okay.

But when was the last time you stopped and asked yourself, “What about me?”

Sometimes, we become so used to being everything to everyone that we lose touch with our own needs, our voice and the person we are beneath all the roles we carry.

And it isnt always easy to recognise when this is happening.

That’s why I want to invite you to Operation YOU: Everyone Needs You.

But Who Sees You?

This online webinar is an opportunity for women to pause, reflect and turn some of that attention back towards themselves.Because you matter too.

Not just for what you do for others, but for who you are.

There’s a lot of conversation at the moment about skills, training and preparing people for a changing world.

A recent LSE report highlighted that employer investment in training has fallen in the UK, even as the world of work is being transformed by AI and other major changes.

And it got me thinking about something I use with clients all the time.

Sometimes we assume we need to learn something new when what we actually need is to look at what’s already happening from a different perspective.

That’s the thinking behind my Flipit™ Framework. Instead of asking, “Why does this always happen to me? ”Try asking, “What else could this mean? ” Instead of, “I’m failing.

” Try, “What is this situation showing me?” Instead of, “I can’t cope with this. ”Try, “What do I need right now?” It sounds simple, but changing the question can change the emotional response.

And that matters because the way we interpret our experiences can shape the way we respond to them.

You don’t always need to change your circumstances first.
Sometimes you need to change the way you’re looking at them. That’s the power of a flip.

Where in your life could you use a different perspective right now?

28/09/2026

What if changing the way you see a situation could change the way you experience it?

We all have moments when our first thought is:

“I can’t do this.”

“I’m getting it wrong.”

“Why does this always happen to me?”

But what happens when we pause and look at the same situation from a different perspective?

Not pretending everything is fine.

Not ignoring how we feel.

Just asking ourselves:

“Is there another way I could see this?”

Sometimes, the smallest shift in perspective can change everything.

One of my wins this week has been seeing The FounderHER Circle come together.

What started as an idea to create a space where women could come together, have honest conversations and reconnect with themselves is now becoming a real event.

Real Women. Real Conversations. Real Growth.

The FounderHER Circle is about giving women space to remember who they are, reclaim their voice and think about what they want to create next.

I’m really excited about the four workshops we’ve created and, most importantly, about the women who will be in the room.

There’s something special about creating a space where women can come as they are, share openly and realise they’re not the only ones figuring things out.

That feels like a pretty big win to me.

We spend so much time trying to improve our skills when the real thing holding us back can be happening underneath them.

A recent study found that 38% of UK businesses say a lack of soft skills is affecting productivity, while 64% say people with those skills are becoming harder to find. But one part really caught my attention: only 40% of 18 to 24-year-olds surveyed said they felt completely confident communicating face to face.

It got me thinking about how often we tell ourselves we simply need to become more confident, more resilient, better at speaking up, better at setting boundaries.

But what if you already know what to do?

What if the thing getting in the way is an old belief about yourself?

“I’m not confident enough.”

“I’ll get it wrong.”

“People will judge me.”

“I’m not good enough.”

This is one of the reasons I find hypnotherapy so powerful. It isn't just about trying to think differently on the surface. It can give us space to explore the deeper patterns and beliefs that have been influencing how we think, feel and respond.

Because lasting change isn't always about pushing yourself harder.

Sometimes it's about changing the relationship you have with yourself.

And that can change everything.

What’s one belief about yourself that you know is holding you back?

Most of the pressure professional mothers carry did not begin with them.
The constant need to achieve, hold everything together, stay strong, avoid failure, please others, and keep going no matter the cost often comes from beliefs inherited long before adulthood. Beliefs shaped through childhood experiences, family systems, survival patterns, and the unspoken expectations placed upon women for generations. Many women are not exhausted because they are failing. They are exhausted from living by internal rules they never consciously chose.
