As summer begins to fade and the earth turns towards autumn, we gather beneath the Harvest Full Moon. A time of reflection, gratitude, balance and release.

A night to step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a little space between realms 🌙

A space to pause.
To feel.
To reflect.
To honour what has grown.
And to gently let go of what we no longer need to carry.

Ive been a little quite on social media and honestly, my mind has felt noisy.

I've always been someone who feels things deeply, and sometimes that means my mental health asks me to slow down. Over the years I've learnt that when life feels heavy, I don't need to have all the answers. I just need to create.

I reach for my journal. I carve lino. I draw symbols. I paint. I let my hands move before my mind catches up.

Art has become the place where I can breathe again. Not because it fixes everything, but because it gives those feelings somewhere to go.

These pages and pieces aren't perfect at allllll. Many spelling mistakes 😂 They're honest. They hold moments of uncertainty, hope, grief, curiosity and healing. Looking back through them reminds me that I've survived every difficult season I've walked through.

I know I'm not the only one who struggles but you don't have to have it all together.

Find your little pockets of joy. The thing that quietens the noise for a while. It might be painting, gardening, baking, walking in the woods, dancing in your kitchen, writing, singing, or simply sitting in the sun.

Keep returning to whatever helps you come home to yourself.

one of our beautiful souls in the community has come up with an amazing thought when using our new ACE OF CUPS candles ✨ using them to symbolise protection with the Mercury Retrograde coming up 💫

Our soya wax candles are infused with protection herbs like sage, rosemary, pine needles and much more in our secret blend 🌿

What is a retrograde?
Mercury is retrograding which means it is appearing as tho it's moving backwards in the sky. This is happening in the star sign of cancer June 29th - July 23rd.

felt it was needed to close one chapter here and open a new one. this accident beauty has seen me grow up 🥹

my spelling is atrocious but I also love the mistakes. beauty in the imperfections 🌹

god damn I lot has happened in the past two days.

thinking about where the road is leading me and what actions I need to take next. was heavily contemplating what my future will look like and where I need to focus my energy. throughout the day I found a white feather in my bathroom clocked it but didn't contemplate too much on it.

then in the morning I woke up and found a dead bird in my kitchen. most definitely a big wake up call and deffooooo one I couldn't ignore 😂

dead birds symbols to me the end of a cycle, a message from another releam, shedding of old habits and are also used to clear away negitive energies and act as a healer for environments. I need to trust in my destiny and remove blockages 🌜

I pulled some tarot cards and got, father of earth (need for grounding and staying on the right track), Spirit guides (not ignore what my messengers are trying to convey), sharma (trust my intuition) ✨

so my conclusion in short is that just take the risks or I'll never know. younger me would be so proud of how far we have come. how we don't talk negative about yourself anymore and most importantly how we now know who we are and trust our inner compass 🧭

the amount of old videos I've got of myself talking to myself like a dairy is unreal 😂 might have to bring some more out so I can bless you all 🕯️

🦋 elephant hawk eye moth 🦋

this beautiful moth came for a visit at my house today after I was up late making my candles for transformation & new beginnings!

I heard a ringing in my ear so immediately pulled a card with the exact meaning of this moth. these candles are well and truly blessed from the spiritual realm.

kinda wanna keep them for myself 🤣 but they are definitely meant to make it's way to some people to help them on their journey ✨

✨ these candles embody the ace of cups ✨

last night as I was creating my candles I stopped to take a video of them and all of a sudden I got a ringing in my right ear. I knew this was a sign that my guides and Angels were near so I quickly pulled my tarot deck to see what they wanted to convey to me. I felt the energy in the room shift as my leg hairs stood up.

I pulled the ace of cups which to me is all about fulfillment, 'a help hand' from my guides, new beginnings, inner peace and a connection with yourself.

5 over flowing sections represent the 5 senses that are trickling into calm consciousness now 🌜

To honor who was around me, these candles will now be ace of cups to represent all of the above 🖤
