MIGRAINE – WHEN THE MIND TRIES TO SOLVE EVERYTHING AT ONCE
From the perspective of Total Biology and Biodecoding, a migraine can occur when a person tries, at all costs, to find a solution in their own mind.
They analyse, predict, control and weigh up all possible scenarios. They feel they must know what to do, help a loved one or find a way out of a situation over which they often no longer have any real control.
The body sits calmly on the sofa, whilst the mind has already conducted seven conversations, three trials and lived through five disasters, none of which have actually happened yet.
The causes of a migraine may include, amongst others:
• feeling powerless in the face of an unsolvable problem,
• the need for control and to find the perfect solution,
• perfectionism and setting the bar too high,
• taking on too much responsibility for others,
• denying your own emotions and problems,
• constant activity as a defence against silence, emptiness or fear,
• not allowing yourself to rest.
A migraine can become the body’s emergency brake. Since you won’t allow yourself to stop, your body does it for you — it cuts off the light, the sound and the ability to keep saving the world.
It’s worth asking yourself then:
What problem am I constantly mulling over in my head?
Who am I trying to save?
What do I feel powerless against?
What do I not want to see or accept?
What kind of rest am I denying myself?
What would happen if I admitted that I don’t know the solution yet today?
Sometimes you don’t need to think any more. You need to step back from your thoughts, return to yourself and acknowledge that you don’t have to solve everything right now.
Biodecoding helps you explore the emotional context of a symptom, but it is not a substitute for medical diagnosis.
