We’re so excited to share that everyone joining us for our Nervous System Workshop this Saturday will enjoy a warm cup of Lemon Balm herbal tea gifted by Fran, founder of Hansen Botanics alongside exclusive treatment discounts to continue supporting your wellbeing beyond the workshop.
Lemon balm is a herb that has been traditionally used for centuries to support relaxation, rest and emotional wellbeing.
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) contains naturally occurring plant compounds including rosmarinic acid and flavonoids, which are thought to contribute to its calming properties.
Research suggests lemon balm may support the activity of GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), a neurotransmitter involved in helping regulate the nervous system and encouraging feelings of calm and relaxation.
It felt like such a beautiful fit for an afternoon dedicated to understanding and supporting our nervous systems.
