What an eventful week. Having moved, I’m surrounded by unpacked boxes and an odd assortment of items.
Plus there’s the Mystery of Missing parcels (I’m now learning left all over the town at different addresses), a portion of my change of addresses done, not without a few barriers, and a garden that currently looks like a yard sale.
On the positive side, after a four month wait, I got my hair dealt with and my toe nails painted.
One of the other good things was how easily my utilities were changes over - it was so simple. One call to one supplier. A refund of my overpayment despite staying a customer, paid straight away. I’ve been a Utility Warehouse customer for 8+years for a reason! The same reason I joined as a Partner a few months ago too.
Plus more good news was a fabulous new offering for our energy customers: it’s a new, third option offering something different from our standard and fixed tariffs. As energy prices continue to be problematic for so many households, this option giving more choice is a great offering.
I know the question on everyone’s lips is “Should I fix my energy prices or stay flexible?”.
This new Tracker Tariff gives customers a different choice, the flexibility of not being tied to one price, whilst guaranteeing that rates will stay below the Ofgem Energy Price Cap throughout the contract.
Regardless of whether you want
⚡️ The flexibility of a variable tariff or
⚡️ The peace of mind of fixing for a year
⚡️ Or that something in between with guaranteed savings below the Price Cap
…there’s now an option to suit varied households and varied budgets.
Also, remember, the more services you bundle together, the bigger the savings can be. Plus the option of the fantastic Cashback card, further reducing your monthly bill! (It’s a no-brainer).

In the mean time I’m going to have a cuppa, do some deep breathing and update my to do list 📋
