Mini Wildflowers Baby & Me Yoga 🧘

I invite you to join me this July in a calm & relaxed environment, allowing you and your baby to slow down, move gently, breathe and reconnect.

My mini wildflowers baby yoga class is designed to support both you and your baby postnatally, helping to ease tension and give you a moment of calm in the busyness of motherhood. Babies can enjoy music, movement, bonding and a calming environment.

No pressure here! A class that allows you and your baby to come as you are. And to do as much or as little as you both feel happy to do. This class is more than just yoga, it’s about the connection between you and your baby and other mums.

✨ Suitable from 8-10 weeks postpartum
✨ Babies are welcome to feed, sleep or just be

✨ Yesterday was the last in this terms baby massage course. We were a very small group this term, but it’s always such a pleasure meeting mummies and their babies and being apart of their lives and watching them grow over a course of five weeks ✨
