Midweek Check-In โ€” and we are keeping it real today.

June is the month where life gets delightfully full. School events, longer evenings out, garden parties, holidays on the horizon.

And sometimes, fitting everything in can feel like a juggle.

So here is your reminder: at Fitter Body Ladies, we are not about the all-or-nothing approach. We are not about perfection. We are about showing up as often as you can, being kind to yourself when life intervenes, and always, always coming back.

You can go to the BBQ and also be a woman who trains. You can have a busy week and still be proud of the sessions you made.

Coach Tip Tuesday.

Life in June can be full โ€” longer evenings, school events, BBQs, social plans. And that is wonderful. But it can also make the gym feel like the first thing to drop.

So here are 3 tips from our coaches for staying consistent even when life gets busy:

1. Shrink it, do not skip it โ€” a shorter session is always better than no session. 20 minutes still counts.

2. Plan it on a Sunday โ€” take five minutes at the start of each week to decide when you are training. Write it in your diary. Protect it.

3. Give yourself full permission to enjoy life โ€” the BBQ, the evening out, the holiday weekend. Being fit is not about restriction. It is about showing up when it matters.

Monday. Again. And we are so glad you are here.

Because here is the thing โ€” the women who build real, lasting fitness do not do it on the weeks when motivation is high and everything falls into place.

They do it on weeks like this one. Busy weeks. Complicated weeks. I really do not feel like it weeks.

They show up anyway. Not because they are different. Not because they have more time or more energy.

Because they decided that showing up for themselves is non-negotiable. And then they made it a habit.

This week, choose yourself again. Book your sessions. Protect that time. And at the end of Friday, look back at what you built.

A huge congratulations to our June Member of the Month, Trina! ๐Ÿ’—

I have honestly loved having Trina as part of Fitter Body Ladies since she joined us last July. She is such an absolutely lovely, caring woman and a real pleasure to have in our community. I donโ€™t get to see Trina very often as sheโ€™s one of our evening ladies, which is a shame, but I always love catching up with her through our messages.

Since joining us, Trina has achieved her incredible 2-stone weight loss goal! ๐ŸŽ‰ The transformation in her shape has been amazing โ€“ if you didnโ€™t know, youโ€™d honestly think sheโ€™d lost even more. The inches she has lost are incredible, and you look absolutely fantastic, Trina! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

One thing that really stood out was when Trina went on holiday and still managed to lose weight. That takes serious dedication and willpower! She stayed active, enjoyed herself, made memories, and found that perfect balance without going overboard. Thatโ€™s what creating a sustainable lifestyle is all about. ๐Ÿ‘

All of our trainers regularly comment on how hard Trina works in class. She always pushes herself, gives it her all, and the progress sheโ€™s made is clear to see. Sheโ€™s getting stronger, fitter, and everything else all the time. ๐Ÿ’ช

Trina, you are a true inspiration to so many ladies in our community. This award is so well deserved, and weโ€™re so grateful to have you as part of our FBL family. ๐Ÿ’—

Saturday Celebration โ€” and we want to hear from you.

Two weeks into June. Whether you have made every session or you have had a messier week than you planned โ€” you are still here. And that matters.

At Fitter Body Ladies, we measure progress in energy levels, in how you walk out of class, in the moment you realise you did not think twice about booking that session โ€” it just became what you do.

That is a transformation. And it happens in ordinary weeks, not perfect ones.

Let us talk about the myth of perfect.

Somewhere along the way, a lot of women decided that if they could not do it perfectly, they should not do it at all.

Missed one session? The whole week is written off. Had a big meal at a BBQ? The whole week is ruined.

But here is the truth: consistency is never about perfection. It is about coming back.

The women who see real, lasting change at Fitter Body Ladies are not the ones who never miss a session. They are the ones who miss one โ€” and then show up again the next day.

Progress is not a straight line. It is a choice you make again and again.
