Please complete your consultation forms prior to arrival so I can quick check nothing glaringly obvious stopping the treatment.

Please pay your deposit no later than 24 hours before appointment or as per policy, I will cancel the appointment. ( if you are a regular and no deposit agreed please don’t worry)

If you are later than 15 minutes and not contacted me your appointment will be cancelled and as per policy the booking fee/ deposit will be kept.

Frequent no shows will be blocked from booking.

If you turned up for work, organised family, set up and then didn’t get paid you wouldn’t be happy. Being self employed is hard enough please support us to give you the best service we can
