What can l say, a big shout out to not just one but two lovely ladies who both reached their dream target weight.

Joy and Vivian are both member of my 5.30pm group at Thirsk.

There success is all down to every week they stay at group and get that extra support from other like minded pepper like them.👏

Back-to-school season often brings a fresh start ❤️.

Once routines begin to settle again, many people find it easier to plan meals, organise lunches and make time for themselves too.

A few things that always help me are planning meals for the week, keeping easy favourites in the fridge and freezer and having healthy lunches ready for busy days.

Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated, it just needs to work around real life.
