My Heaven & Earth Sound Bath takes you on a full vibrational journey from the comforting arms of Mother Earth to the Angelic Realms of pure bliss ✨

I have spent years learning to expertly weave light harmonic chimes and Crystal Singing Bowls with more grounding Shamanic instruments such as Native American flute , nature sounds and soft drum beat.....and of course my two beautiful Gongs. One Gong connects you to the roots of the Earth , and the other takes you floating amongst the stars

Only when we feel safe and grounded can our body deeply relax and connect to our innate peace and stillness within 🙏

Tuesday June 9th at 12.30 till 1.30pm at The Fold

I have been called to offer a very deep but gentle sound balm that will sooth and calm.
I will be using only carefully selected Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and soft Angelic Chimes , expertly weaving harmoic musical intervals which have been scientifically proven to produce a profoundly deep and restful state of brainwave bliss and relaxation.

Bathing in these soothing harmonics, the the mind will quickly calm and the body will move into the parasympathetic state of 'Rest & Repair'

Blood pressure drops, heart beat slows down , peace and stillness wash over you. Float in bliss for 45 minutes and then rest in silence to allow the vibrations to settle in the body before gently coming back to full consciousness.

This short but powerful 1 hour sound based meditation will ensure you leave feeling heart centerd , balanced and refreshed 💚

This first session will be held in The Carthouse at The Fold in Bransford near Malvern & Worcester. I will also be offering this session in other venues in the near future.
