Come join us in the inviting , elegant space of Elmslie House for an afternoon of gentle breathwork, guided meditation and Sound Healing.

There will be time to reflect and journal on what has come to fruition over the year since the Spring ....and what we are still hoping to bring to ripeness moving into the darker months of retreat and rest. 🍂🔥🌓

Such a pleasure to be back Bransford Community Farm last night ! 🌻🌞💚

We had to go under the cover of the barn but still enjoyed the sounds of the birds and wind through the trees 🌳

Plenty of time after the soothing sound bath for quiet time by the lake , wandering the sunflower field or connecting over delicious cake and a cuppa ☕🍰

Thank you Kathy , Farmer Phil and the gang for creating such a delightful place to work ! 💞

My first ever Gym Sound Bath !
Thank you Ollie and Katreena at Transform Hub Worcester for asking me to facilitate two back to back Sound Baths tonight ✨💚✨

I felt very honoured to introduce the magic of Sound Bathing to almost half of the groups first timers ! I hope you all had a wonderful experience and have a deeply restful sleep afterwards 🥰
