Sorry I’ve been a little quieter on here lately… I’ve had my paws full 🐾✨

Meet the newest (and cutest) addition to my routine 🐶🖤She’s been keeping me busy, stealing savasana time, and reminding me that presence > perfection.

We’re still working on our downward dogs… hers involve more zoomies than stretches 😅

Safe to say my practice just got a whole lot more playful!
