Hello my lovelies 💚
You may have noticed I’ve been a little quiet on social media recently.
Over the past week, I’ve been spending a lot of time in nature, reconnecting with the grounding energy of the trees, the warmth of the sun, and the beautiful birdsong around me. It’s been exactly what I’ve needed.
I’ve been struggling with my emotions lately and realised it was time to take a step back and focus on looking after myself. Sometimes it’s not one big thing that affects us, but lots of little things that quietly build up until that final straw tips us over the edge.
I recognised that I was reaching that point and made the decision to protect my energy and prioritise my mental and emotional wellbeing. Because of this, I’m not able to hold space for others in the way I normally would right now, and I hope you can understand and respect that.
This time has reminded me just how healing nature can be. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by life’s little things, I encourage you to spend some time outdoors, even if it’s only 20 minutes a day. The difference it can make to your mind, body, and spirit is truly incredible.
Thank you for your understanding, your patience, and your continued support while I take the time I need to recharge and heal.
