What would you change about your body if you could?
I asked this question in club today, and the answers really made me think.
One person said they’d like to be shorter.
Another wished they had longer legs.
It reminded me that so many of us focus on what we’d change about ourselves instead of appreciating the body we already have.
Your body has carried you through every challenge, every milestone, and every day of your life.
Yes, it’s okay to want to become healthier, stronger, and feel your best. But let’s make sure it comes from a place of self-love, not self-criticism.
So, instead of asking…
“What would I change about my body?”
Maybe we should ask…
“What do I appreciate about my body?” 💚
