During a treatment you will sit or lay, fully clothed, and either my hands or crystals will be placed on or near your body (such as head, neck, torso) focusing energy on the seven main Chakras or energy centres. Reiki will treat the whole person including the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Reiki can do no harm, is suitable for all ages and has no side effects. The best way to understand how it works is to give it a try. I can also assist you in your spiritual development, learning meditation and how to access the Akashic Records.
