Wellness Wednesday at The Freckled Club ✨

Join Rewild Wellness for a beautifully curated Wellness Wednesday Sound Bath—an evening devoted to rest, relaxation and a little time just for you.

During this 45–60-minute session, you’ll be gently guided through meditation and affirmations before settling into a signature Rewild Wellness sound journey, created to help you slow down, switch off and reconnect with yourself.

You’ll be immersed in the sounds and vibrations of premium instruments, including mineral-infused alchemy crystal singing bowls and handcrafted Grotta Sonora gongs from Italy. Together, their rich, layered tones create a deeply soothing soundscape, inviting the body to soften, the mind to become quieter and the nervous system to settle into rest.

Mats, blankets and eye masks will be provided, along with a thoughtfully prepared Rewild Wellness goody bag for you to take home ✨🫶
You’re also very welcome to bring your own blanket, pillow or anything else that will help you feel extra cosy and comfortable.

This weekend, Rewild Wellness joined the beautiful TOMA | YOGA & SPIRITUAL MENTOR, FOLLOWING A SHAMANIC PATH for her thoughtfully crafted shamanic and yoga retreat.

It was our first time working together, and I feel so grateful that Toma trusted me to become part of the weekend and share a Rewild Wellness signature sound bath with everyone.

Women travelled from all across the UK, each arriving from different places, carrying their own stories and walking their own paths. Yet, for this one weekend, they all came together and the energy created in that space was something truly special.

It was a privilege to hold space for such a beautiful group of women and to meet so many wonderful souls. The energy during the sound bath was phenomenal, and it’s an experience I’ll carry with me for a long time.

Thank you again, Toma, for inviting me into your retreat and trusting me with such a meaningful part of the journey. 🩷🌹
