Tomorrow night we have a very special meditation hosted once again by the amazing Adrienne Green in Generation Wood.

It actually filled without being advertised but due to some last minute cancellations we have 3 spaces available.

We would love to invite you to a truly special evening at Generation Wood.
On Sunday 31st May, we welcome the second Full Moon of the month — the magical Blue Moon.
This powerful moon in Sagittarius brings an energy of expansion, hope, and transformation. It invites us to believe in the impossible, release what once felt unforgivable, and open ourselves to deep healing.

Adrienne be guiding a special meditation designed to help you turn inward, reconnect with yourself, and receive the beautiful energy of the moon as we bathe beneath her light.
This gathering will be held outdoors (weather permitting), creating a peaceful and memorable experience under the night sky.

You’ll know that here at The Hygge Corner we love a moment of calm in the ice bath.

There are so many benefits to practicing cold exposure. Cold showers will give you the benefits outlined below, so we always recommend starting with cold showers to adapt yourself to cold water. However after a while you’ll find those cold showers don’t really feel that cold, that’s where we come in.

Our Brass Monkey ice bath has ice in all year round so even in the height of summer we can guarantee you a proper dip into the cold.

There are contraindications to cold exposures so if you’re someone with cardiovascular issues, epilepsy or you’re pregnant then it’s not for you. Sorry to under 18’s too as we are only able to offer sessions to those over 18.
