Good morning.
Let's have a mid June chit chat.

I hope June has been good for you so far, and if it hasn't, then i send you love and a big hug.
As you may have seen last week, my June has been very stressful for me and my family, but we are looking at the positives to come from it and moving forward now.
I cannot say how sad I was feeling last week, and i have not felt like that for many many years.

It was almost as if the weather was working in tune with my emotions and that too was all over the place.

My husband and I spent the weekend working more in the garden. we are trying to renovate it and clear it, and working with the earth certainly helped. A bonfire or four also helped. It is so grounding to be outside.
I also had clients last week (after being closed for a week)which helped a lot, working on my own chakras and also getting an energy fix when supporting others, is always a great boost to the body. So i am focused and feeling so much better now.

I am now doing more study work, which wil take me through autumn and winter, im sure. I have a new order from the wholesalers coming tomorrow for the Peace & Love range.

Oh and i have the medium rose quartz angels order is coming in - they sold out so quick, i had to get my wholesalers to post me some more.

Thank you for being so amazing, for those who have booked in and thought they would give Reiki a try. I told you it was amazing, so i am glad you are coming back again and again.
For those who have been coming to see me for years, i thank you too! You already know how much it helps you.
For those who share my posts, and tell friends and family about 4 44 Healing, thank you so much.

A little business like me really does appreciate it, so much.

I am closed today, as we have the carpenter in, hanging new doors. So it's rather noisy.

Non advertising - let's talk collagen.

Ive used nutrition Geeks collagen powder for about 12 weeks now, and it certainly helps with reducing bloating, my joints are not so painful and I don't pick eat either since taking it.

So happy with the nutrition geek one, but it does leave a nasty after taste in my mouth. I have it in my morning coffee.

So, my sister was saying she uses the elevate multi collagen and had a discount code for 10% off. So as my regular one i used is running low, i thought I'd change it up for the elevate one.

Thank you for all the support you sent my way yesterday, I truly am thankful.

GOOD NEWS ALL!

WELLBEING & JOUNALLING GROUP.

I have spoken to a few people and have decided that as of July, We will still have the group on the last Friday of each month, but i will also offer this group on the second Saturday of each month as well.
You do not have to attend both groups, but you can if you so wish.

So Saturday July 11th 10.30am to midday will be the first session, if i get some interest.

What is the Wellbeing & Journal Group!?

Well it is a bunch of beautiful souls who get together, chat about life and what is going on with them at the moment, get support, run ideas by each other, laugh often and know you are being supported in a safe place.
We then write down and offload our thoughts and feelings and that time, about what we have talked about, or how we the group has helped and supported us that day, or how we feel right now.

You can write as much as you like or as little as you like.

The aim is to talk in a safe space, make new friends, know you can speak and it will not be repeated and enjoy refreshments whilst we do this.
Friday sessions I currently have one space available.
Saturday is now out there to book in - so book your spot now!

Regular attendance is nice please.

The cost of these sessions is £7. This includes refreshments and freebies to take home to support your wellbeing journey.

These sessions are open to women only.

And so it begins. After a year and a half of just getting used to not working in health care anymore, I am finally back to doing some training, and in an area i did not expect.

But in the future this will benefit not just me greatly, but you beautiful people as well.

Exciting times ahead.
I look forward to sharing this with you in the future, probably next year. x
