We have a random sunflower growing on the patio.
I noticed it last week, when we were looking at how fast the weeds were growing. No clue how it got there.

I asked my husband to leave it, as it was small and I thought it was a sunflower, but wanted to see what a bird had gifted us.

Anyway, I just wanted you to know........

No matter where you are, or what is going on around you, you can be strong, you can grow and you can survive no matter where you end up.
just like this sunflower.

Journalling and wellbeing group is an important space and a lovely group....

Today those who have booked in to come along will be taking home some free stuff.
This is to support them on their wellbeing journey and a little bit of protection as well.

I love this group, so much so, that I am looking to run it twice a month from July. Dates to be confirmed.

End of May chit chat.......

Good morning, what beautiful weather we are having right now. Personally, it is rather warm for me, but it has been lovely sitting in the shade of the acer tree in the back garden in the mornings.

I was closed for most of last week for a well earned break, apart from the meditation group.
This week i have clients all week, Thursday evening is the meditation group and there is one space for a seated person, this week. The floor space is full.

Friday is wellbeing and journal group from 1pm to 2.30pm, this can run over but we don't mind. Refreshments available at this group.

I currently have a midday appointment available on Wednesday 27th for either Usui Reiki, Crystals, Angelic reiki.

If you work late, do drop me a message; and we can see if we can get an evening appointment put in place for you. This is always subject to the diary and what i have going on in the evenings. But don't think im not around if you really do need a session. We can work around your job/business times.

As i say to everyone who comes for one of the modalities, try and get some rest in after you have been for you session. Just relax and keep up your fluids. Enjoy some quiet time and just chill if you can.

I am hoping to go down to family in the West country in the next month, but will let you all know in advance if groups are not on.

Good morning.

What amazing weather we are having in the uk.
I am still enjoying some time off with my husband, and will be open again on Tuesday.

I do have afternoon appointments available next week, morning there's a couple of appointments available.

Friday is wellbeing and journalling group feom 1pm to 2.30pm.

My husband wanted to go to the new star wars Manadalorian movie last night. Did you know, they have sofa beds in the new cinemas you can lay on and watch the movie. Im amazed I didn't fall asleep!!
