Usui Reiki Level 1 (Shoden) Training Weekend

Reiki is a soft gentle healing energy to work with it is said to promote relaxation and a sense of peacefulness.

In this level, we attune you to the first degree of Reiki, which will enable you to practice on yourself, friends, and family afterwards. We will also be going over the history of Reiki and its principles. Giving plenty of opportunity to practice Reiki on yourself and others. You will also receive your own Reiki manual for you to keep.

Reiki training structure
Your reiki lineage
Attunements to the energy
The principles of Reiki
Energy systems of the body
Healing with Reiki
Self-healing with Reiki
Intuitive hand placement
Hand positions

The shop will be closed until the 2nd of June while I have some reset time over the school holiday ill be working from home.
