This week has felt a little bit magical ✨

We’ve welcomed a few lovely new faces into the Cocoon, shared the very first Summer Skin Awakening Rituals of the season, and honestly… can we talk about the rain? ☔️

As much as I adore the sunshine, there is something so special about being tucked away in the Cocoon while the rain taps against the roof and windows. The scent of beautiful oils, soft blankets, warm treatments and the sound of the world slowing down outside… it feels like a little slice of heaven and I am SO here for it! 🌧️

It’s been a week of fresh beginnings, glowing skin, deep exhalations and those beautiful moments when someone leaves feeling lighter than when they arrived 🤗

My heart is full, my treatment room is cosy, and I’m feeling incredibly grateful for every soul who has stepped through the door this week.

Here’s to more rituals, more rain, more sunshine, and more moments of magic 🌙✨ Have a beautiful weekend everyone 😘

Another week done and dusted 🫶🏼

Candles blown out. Lights switched off.
The fire’s gone out. Shadow & Bhodi are ready for their snuggles 🐰🐶 . . . And the laundry pile is somehow still judging me from across the room 🫣

It’s been a beautifully busy week in the cocoon, and I’m ending it with a very full heart 🧡 thank you all!

Tomorrow I’m taking a cheeky little day off for a brunch date with my Pops 😋☕️ See you all next week, rested, recharged, and with fresh laundry 😉

Ummm… how is July almost full already?! 🙈

I’ve had a few messages from lovely humans trying to book the Summer Soul Ritual and finding there aren’t many spaces left 😱 Firstly, thank you — I never take for granted that you choose to spend your time in the cocoon with me 🫶🏼

Secondly, because I hate the thought of anyone missing out, I’ve decided to keep the Summer Soul Ritual around throughout August too! 🌞

So if you’ve been eyeing it up but haven’t managed to grab a July appointment, don’t panic! You’ll have a little extra time to soak up all the summer goodness 🤗

Ooooh I’ve got a couple of newbies coming into the cocoon today and I’m always a little excited when I see a new name in the diary 🤗

I hope they like me 🫣 … but more importantly, I hope they leave feeling relaxed, rested and wondering why they didn’t book sooner 🤣
