What an incredible achievement from everyone at Wolverhampton Coronary Aftercare Support Group!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who took part in this year’s Best Foot Forward event. Thanks to your amazing efforts, we finished 1st place with an incredible 3,708 laps! 🎉👏🏼

Not only did we top the leaderboard, but we also smashed last year’s total of 2,212 laps… a fantastic improvement and something everyone involved should be proud of.

A special congratulations to our four centurions, each completing over 100 laps:

With an Orange Weather Warning in place and extremely high temperatures expected this week, we’d like to remind all members to take extra care, stay hydrated, keep cool, and listen to your body.

Please take a moment to read our heatwave safety advice below ❤️

⚠️ Important Class Update

Due to the expected temperatures in our upstairs studio areas, Cardiac Conditioning and Dance to Music classes may be cancelled this week if conditions become too hot for safe participation.

At present, classes are still scheduled to run unless you are notified otherwise.

If a class is no longer showing in your bookings or on Bsport, it has been cancelled for member safety.
